Weirdly only worked if you pressed two buttons simultaneously bottom left with top right and vice versa and even then this only gives extremely slow and basic functionality to your chair not the foot bit and even the only when a fiddly little key is placed in a hole. Completely useless for my disabled mother with Ms which affects mobility. Really dissapointed as it it took ages to come. I'm just glad amazon does returns. Don't bother trying to save money with this trash (I'm aware how many pin etc don't think it's me its just trash)
