After looking around youtube,twitch and amazon for a nice looking ringlight that fitted my needs if being small and cheap, after some time I saw a streamer that had the RovTop ringlight, after talking to him about it for a bit I ended up buying this light for myself.Here are some reasons why I bought the light1. Great price, alot of other ringlights are very high up in prince, some of them I seen as high as $230 (was not going to throw that much money on a ringlight)2. Very easy controls, to change the brightness or the color temperature.3. The tripod stand is small so it's very easy for me to on it on my desk when I stream and it takes up less space.4. Easy adjustable tripod so if you need it tall or short its super easy to do.5. Saying this again price was a huge factor for me when buying this light and the amount of reviews it had made it easier to buy.6. The box comes with pieces so you can mount your phone on it when you stream,video record ,video chating and to use as a mirror when doing makeup.7. Being powered by a USB adds another great reason to buy it, you can plug it into anything that has a USB port. You have more options set it up.8. After having this light on for so many hours it does not produce heat! Which is great because I dont want to add more heat to my PC setupHere are some of the cons1. I had a bit of a hard time getting the tripod lights to adjust, it did take me awhile to break it in so it can be easier.2. Which the power cable was just a bit longer (it's not that short but would be better if it was a bit longer)3. Packaging was a bit different compared to what others got in the mail, I messaged the seller and they said they changed the boxing. Was kinda confused at first.But overall if you are looking for a ringlight thata cheap,small,strong and easy to use I would heavily recommend this light for you especially if you stream or make videos!

I always wanted a ring light but never felt I could just the $$$ price tag. I came across this product and decided to give it a try! For the cost, it is very reasonable. It came packaged very nicely. Everything was laid out nice and neat. It was really easy to set up. There is a book with instructions but everything was self explanatory in my opinion. Took less than 5 minutes to setup. The phone holder felt secure with my iPhone XR. It comes with a remote to connect with your phone via Bluetooth. I had no issues as it connected fast and worked great. The ring itself is super light weight. It comes in 3 settings that can be changed with a remove attached to the cord. You can increase the brightness as well as lower it. The intensity of the light works best close up, not so much far away. It would be more idea to have an attachment to put your phone in the middle of the ring light but I see there is a screw to do so. So might have to look into that. If anything you can get a second tripod and just have it behind the ring light. I like it overall. I use it to do my makeup as well as selfies! So multi-use :)

I'll start off by saying it was very straight forward to put together which was a big plus. Overall it's pretty sturdy considering how thin the pole is. The phone holder is a nice feature and actually held up very well. I have an iPhone 8+ with a case on it, and not only did it actually fit around the phone, when I tightened the secure screw it actually held in place! I would say it is strong enough to hold a camera even. I just sent mine in for a repair but will update when I get it back in. As for the light itself, it's awesome. It has three good light mode variations and each mode has multiple brightness levels. It's not by any means the brightest or best looking light you're ever going to see but for the price you're paying you really can't beat it. Really like that they went with a USB for the power cable. It makes it super easy to move around and it doesn't require a crazy amount of power. I plugged it into a laptop when I was setting it up and it worked fine. I now have it plugged into a wall outlet using the block that they provide as well (why does everyone not do this?!?!) and it still works great. Also the BT remote is an awesome added feature. Its super easy to connect, they have IOS and android compatibility, and it's so small you can store it anywhere without it taking up much space. There are a few small things about this product that I didn't really like. In the product pictures it looks like there are secure clamps and each level of the adjustable pole. It doesn't actually come with the clamps (at least mine didn't). Without them there it takes away from how secure the entire thing is, making me uncomfortable with putting anything to high end on the mount or a phone without a case. It also takes away from the aesthetic of the pole. There are small tan rubber rings at each level and I just think they would look better covered in black. I really liked how they gave you an extra padded mount, but they don't give you an extra way to attach it. If you want them both on at one time you have to buy another piece separately or already have one. Also the BT remote is powered by a watch battery which kind of sucks. It would have been really awesome if it was rechargeable, but at the price point I get it. Overall I think this is a great buy. It's multi functional with how easy it is to maneuver to what you need, and the light quality for the price is great. There are a few smalls things I would change with the product, but they could be seen a little greedy for $30 price point.

In comparison to other ring lights. This light is very dull/dim.

One of the reasons I chose this light is because it had a phone mount in the middle of the ring. When I ordered the phone mount did not arrive in my package. There were also no instructions. Not worth the money to be honest.
