Good quality, firm tofu
Good quality, firm tofu. Great for salads and grilling. It's flavorless, so you really need to work with it to get taste in. But that's what I like about tofu, the versatility of spices and ingredients you can use with it.

Way softer then other brands I've tried
I bought 3 of the extra firm and compared to other brands I've tried it was way wetter, crumbly, and was hard to use the way I normally would this behaved more like a soft tofu I've tried. It looked great was plenty fresh and tasted fine but was not vary usable for me in the way I expect of firm tofu which vastly reduced my cooking options. Personally was not worth the money for me. Im sure it had plenty of versatility I didn't see but that didn't translate well to my kitchen.
