El mejor compilado de Bob Dylan . Amazon lo ofrece en su version de importación. Impecable.

Obwohl ich schon alle offiziellen Veröffentlichungen sowie zusätzlich einige Best Ofs von Bob Dylan habe und mir diese Deluxe Box mit 3 CDs nicht wirklich viel neues bringt, musste ich mir diese edel aufgemachte Werkschau, die (fast) alle Hits von 1962 bis 2006 abdeckt, doch auch noch zulegen.Ich habe es nicht bereut, denn alle 50 Songs sind digitally remastered und der Klang ist bestens…bei dem einen und anderen Song sogar deutlich besser als in meinen Archiven (zumindest als CD). Erstmals stehen Dylans größte Songs somit in herausragender gemasterter Qualität zur Verfügung. Und wer die alten Versionen kennt, merkt den Unterschied schon. Dylan-Neueinsteiger kommen so an großartige Songs gleich zu Beginn in sehr guter Qualität.Interessant für jeden Hörer ist durch das breite Song-Spektrum hier auch die deutliche Veränderung in Dylans Stimme im Lauf der Jahre. Man vergleiche mal zum Beispiel „The Times they are a-changin’“ oder "Mr. Tambourine Man" mit "Things Have Changed".Bei dieser großen Werkschau wird einem zudem auch wieder mal die klassische Zeitlosigkeit vieler Dylan-Stücke bewusst. "Blowin' In The Wind" oder "All Along The Watchtower" verlieren auch in der heutigen Zeit m. E. nicht an Bedeutung. Im Gegenteil, sie könnten ebenso gerade erst geschrieben sein und träfen immer noch so zu wie vor rund 50 Jahren.Die attraktive Ausstattung: schöne Holzbox mit Stoffbezug; 10 limitierte Postkarten; 40 seitiges Booklet; 3 Cds im Vinyl-Design. Auch wenn sicher über den einen oder anderen fehlenden Titel zu diskutieren wäre - klare Empfehlung!

A greatest hits collection from Bob Dylan that includes almost all of his stand outs from his collection. However, with a catalog as vast as Dylan's, its never going to please everyone as it misses out so many great songs. But as an entry point to Dylan (which is what i bought it for as a newcomer to Dylan's genius) it is a great start point with hits spanning his entire career.Recommended to anyone who is interested in discovering what Bob Dylan has to offer.

I realized I didn't have "Positively 4th Street on CD," and buying this 3CD "Dylan" set from one of the dealers selling through amazon.com, I got this 3CD set new -with shipping- for less than $9. It's amazing: there's only one track here from "Highway 61 Revisited," NOTHING from "The Basement Tapes" (the notes say "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere" is, but it's the "Greatest Hits 2" Happy Traum version), etc., etc.One could get angry at all the songs *not* here (see all the negative reviews for the Deluxe Edition), and all the Dylan collections this is not (Previously mentioned example: with Tom Petty 1986 -Studio and Live), but what this *is* is "Positively 4th Street" and 47 other GREAT Dylan songs, stretching from one end of his career to the other. Not a single loser. This CD isn't just Greatest Hits 1, 2 & 3 plus a few more tunes ... it lacks songs on those discs, and has songs that they lack. (Collecting Bob is not a tidy process!) CAVEAT!!! The one danger is this set may make you buy other Dylan CDs: hearing the beautifully remastered version here of "On A Night Like This" made me buy "Planet Waves," which I'd had on LP and hadn't listened to in years. This set tantalizes:-) And it flows.
