The design is really nice, looks great, easy to clean. Only wish it were slightly larger.Use with UNNI ASTM D6400 Compostable Trash Bags, 2.6 Gallon, Extra Thick 0.71 Mils, it's ma good fit and the thickness really lets you use it odor free for 2-3 days on your countertop.Love this thing!

I've been using this for the past 3 weeks now. The longest I've went without emptying is 1 week and the scraps started to mold (it's summertime in the South). The lid opens easily singlehanded, does not stick but kind of creates a gentle vacuum so that there are no odor issues. The handle makes it very easy for me to take it outside (but it is plastic so I worry about longevity), the tab on the inner container makes it easy to dump out. I rinse the whole thing out at the spicot outside et voila, it's ready to go again. Overall it is an excellent way to manage kitchen scraps to take outside for composting.

This is really a great container for scraps, or kcups. What I like most about this product is that it's nice looking. It's not shiny, it's got a matte surface and blends in nicely with my kitchen, without standing out looking cheap with a shiny surface. It's durable, a great size. I also like the fact you can remove the inside container to dump the contents, that's one of the most convenient features. If there's an improvement to be made, maybe a hinged lid would be nice, but not a deal breaker for me. I simply like the looks , and I would recommend it.

I purchased this for my mother who has a ranch in central Florida...they feed all food scraps to the cows and pigs. They were using old plastic containers but because air couldn’t circulate the scraps would smell and mold within one day. This has completely resolved that issue. They can catty the ‘ bucket ‘ outside and feed animals and hose it out then wash inside. It is sturdy, well made and cleans easily! I am delighted that this has resolved the issue of recycling food scraps!

This bin is nice and light and easy to clean. It's perfect for a counter top.

I am pretty pleased with this little counter top bin. I haven’t noticed any scent or issue with fruit flies. It is sturdy and super easy to clean, as the inner bin comes out so everything can be washed.
