This is my dedicated wood pellet lighter. I use a pellet grill for smoking meats and added a Smoke Tube to infuse more smoke into the process. The smoke tubes can be tricky to light using alcohol or other methods, but are simple with a torch. It is simple and safe to use. Simply push the button on the rear of the torch and it is on. There is also an adjustment knob to increase the flame though I have never needed on anything but the lowest setting. Good quality product.

Bought this as a Christmas gift, and it works so well, now I want to replace mine! Fills easily, lights first time, burns clean and strong. Really appreciate the trigger safety so it can’t get bumped and light unintentionally.

I didn’t lock it before putting it on a 6 foot high shelf in the garage. Somehow it and a flashlight next to it, fell off the shelf. The torch hit the floor in such a way that it lit the flame while rolling under the front tire of a car! Fortunately my wife needed to go to the store and discovered the it was on. It had just begun to warm the tire enough that you could smell the burning rubber. Due to the damage caused by the fall I couldn’t turn the flam off. The back switch was broken. I took it out to the street and poured water on it to extinguish the flame and left it there to discharge the butane. I loved the torch, it created a long flame that made lighting fireworks easy. But our celebration nearly ended in tragedy as it could have easily burnt our house down. It would be nice if it had an automatic safety, although I suppose that would hinder its “ease of use.”

I love this culinary torch! I like the candy apply red color & silver, it’s sleek design, easy to fill, large, easy button to push & hold and it is in an easy location to use. I like the adjustment for the flame is on the side. I like how streamlined and thin the flame comes out and I like the safety lock button, easy to use because of its location. I recently bought a different torch and you had to hold two buttons down at one time for it to work, one with your thumb and the other one with your index finger. It was awkward, hard to push and I didn’t have enough strength in my finger to keep it lit. I highly recommend this product - ease of use, button locations, easy to fill and the look of it.

I wrote a review about another torch I had bought but rated it 3 stars if you don’t think this is my honest opinion go on my profile and see for yourself. This one lasted me the longest out of all my torches I bought and I use a torch on a daily basis to this day. This tank is huge. I had to buy like a huge butane canister not because this thing uses a lot, but because its tank is huge. You can feel that thing get heavier when you fill it up it’s awesome. And a tank lasts me forever so I do not complain. The flame power adjuster is perfect for all situations, and the lighter itself flicks on a flame in less than 3 clicks on a 90% basis which I consider a win. I like this one waaaay more than the other one. Bigger tank, button still hasn’t broken compared to a trigger, no leaking that I can tell from the butane tank, and filling up is easy I don’t even need the attachments it came with, it seems to work with the butane bottle tip I use, and the flame is super strong or super weak whatever you need it to be. 5 stars as I still own and use this after over a year I’d say. Great great product, would recommend to any person with fire needs.

I bought this to singe the top of my creme brulee and it worked splendidly. It was easy to fill (I went to a local smoke shop to buy high grade butane) and easy to use. Aside from creme brulee, we also made s'mores and it easily melted the chocolate and marshmallows. This product is inexpensive, but does the job as well as any of the higher end torches would do. I mean, how hard is it to light a flame and roast food? So why pay more? This torch has a nice grip and it feels good while holding it, so there is little chance it will fall out of your hand. It's compact so it stores easily in my cupboard. I do recommend waiting until it cools down before putting it away, but that's mainly my paranoia of house fires. This is a fine product and I recommend it to anyone in the market for such an item.

This is for light searing eg creme brulet or mashed potato topping. To sear meat you need a proper blow torch

This is a pro level torch. It was easy to fill, easy to use, and I have been successful with it from the first usage. There were many possible choices, so very glad I picked this one.

This item arrived safe and well packaged. This is a fab kitchen blow torch! This is very well made, and accurately built from sturdy metal. This is easy to fill with any little can of butane, which is easily available! Once filled, the torch lights at the click of the trigger and produces a lovely strong, hot flame! This can be held on with the flick of a switch so you don't need to keep holding the trigger. This is incredibly useful for browning, crisping, cooking, melting etc. It can caramelise sweets, melt marshmallow, set meringue etc. I highly recommend this product.
