I felt compelled to write this review the morning after. I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4. First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are. I almost forgot on top of all that, the diapers are very light and breathable (at least when dry) Just make sure you use plenty of baby powder!

Have bought about $500 worth of briefs from Amazon and other medical supply companies to try. These are by far the nicest, softest, and most absorbent. My disabled sister likes them and they don’t have the scratchy balls of absorbant material floating about the diaper. Our favorites were the attends but they stopped making the style we bought for years and the new style is thinner, less absorbent but covered in those hard scratchy balls of absorbent material. Until we could find a replacement we were rolling each diaper with a wallpaper roller to a rush the material in her waistband. These are much better and hopefully the last brief we need to buy!

If put on properly these are great! I use them for my mother and the techs do an absolutely awful job, resulting in leaks and diapers that roll. My mother has literally had me teach the staff that work with her how to put on diapers. I had done it for 6 years before she decided to move to an assisted living home. It is important to have the right size, actually crucial or they will leak. My mother started with an XXL and through trial and error she now comfortably wears a Large. Where did I learn to diaper an adult, trial and error and the back of a pricy European diaper

Absorbency is fine , comfort is pretty good when you can get a good fit , and the value is good as well . But my one complaint is , either I'm inbetween sizes , or 40-58 is way to big on me . I've tried the medium and it's too small on me . So I guess I'm stuck . Also the tapes could be stronger , as one popped loose while i was walking around . On second diaper tried . Over all if you manage a good fit , it's a great value and I believe can hold at least one full void . Not much to say beyond that as I've only worn two diapers so far .

Fits well and does not leak. These adult diapers are easy to put on and the tape fasteners are reusable so that if needed can be adjusted to size or if able after going to the washroom facility. Each package contains 10 diapers of which there is usually 1 defect.
