My wife’s phone wouldn’t hold a charge worth beans. So I looked, not only for a new battery, but also an upgrade on capacity. I found this one, which came with every tool needed to make the switch. My wife is so happy to a have a lasting battery again! And it’s so much less expensive than buying a whole new iPhone, even a used one! Instructions were easy to follow, and with careful work, I had it done in a timely manner.

The battery in my wife's iPhone 6S started swelling and needed replacement. I ordered this 2740mAh replacement battery. It was the correct size and came with everything I needed to make the replacement. Most important to me is that it comes with all of the adhesive strips to secure the battery and the screen of the phone. Thus, there's nothing additional you have to purchase. It's all in this kit.After replacing the battery, my wife's 6S is working great again. This battery replacement kit offers good value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Battery was well packed, tools are adequate, two way glue tape worked well, I did not use the suction cup, instead I used a razor blade not included. Screws are real small so they are easily lost, as someone said, they should include a couple of them, and not include the unnecessary sim remover. Alignment of the battery connector can be an issue if the placement of the battery is not perfect. The glue around the edge is a bit difficult to remove and put back. If you have a slight tremble this is not an easy battery replacement because of the size of the screws. The removal of the battery was not easy, I used a blow drier to loosen the glue but there are other methods to accomplish the same thing. I was disappointed on the 1st charge, I thought the battery would have lasted longer than 24 hours. Please note that since this is not an OEM battery, when you check the health of it, it will show an error, with OS 18.1 or higher, it is better but not a total fix, however. This does not effect the operation of the battery. When you open the top, make sure not to extend the wires between the top and the bottom, use a cup to hold the top on a 90 degrees position as you remove the wires. Before doing the repair, check some YouTube. This battery is a 1-1 swap, no solder is needed. Sorry for the long review, I am a tech by profession.

Excellent product, everything needed to install new battery is included. It takes a little time to install, take your time and you’ll have excellent results!I would recommend!

I have an older IPhone 6s with a failing battery. My wife has one, too. We are not quite ready to trade them in and probably won’t be able to get anything for them. So I watched Utube to see a video on how to replace a battery for my iPhone. After watching I decided that I could do it and I did!!! For $20. I have a new improved battery and when I am ready, I can get a new phone. I can now get a lot more time out of it for about 1-2 hours of taking my time to do it right! I am now going to get one for my wife’s phone!

So far (day 2) battery seems fine.However, the adhesive backing strips for the battery would not peel off their backing ; with backing adhesive crimping and sticking to itself.Similarly the adhesive for the iphone just was not the right size for this phone (iPhone 6s), was too short and too narrow. I managed to partially use the 4 corners, but had to cut off the remaining strip.The tip of the tweezers didn't even align properly, let alone tweeze anything.The succion cup didn't work.So... if you are counting on the included tools to make your repair, you better have your own.

I've never done an iPhone battery replace but the kit was complete and worked well! The battery was partly charged when installed so the phone fired right up. A full charge lasts about 4 days and I'm happy with the product!
