Highly recommended for experienced lucid dreamers
Great product, don't mind having to set an early for the second pill, imho it's worth it to get the results. Previously I have had great success with Calea Zacatechichi, but was looking for something else as the taste of the tea/smoke is a little hard to handle after a while. It is still early days but on day 2 had incredibly vivid dreams, well remembered, ending in a brief period of lucidity. With calea I often found it took a few days to really kick in (acculmulative?), so for day 2 I find that pretty impressive.On top of the that the blue pill seems to help me nod off, as I tend to have a 'racing brain' often that makes getting to sleep initially difficult. Felt great in the morning as well. Not sure how well this would work for someone who has not lucid dreamed before and I think it would still need to be in combination with the standard reality checks, etc. My partner has reported an increase in the number and intensity of her dreams but no lucidity, but it is very early days, excited to see where this takes me!

Allergy Reaction!
I add allergy reaction to whatever they put on those pills. I don't recommend that tablets if you suffer from allergy to any ingredients they have on those pills. Read the bottle b4 you take it.

Dreamleaf experiment.
So I've been testing these for about a week now and I have to say I'm impressed with the results. I first night I slept I dreamt straight away and was able to recall my dreams. Then it happend again the second night until the fourth night I didn't take any and had a very intense dream but I've still yet to lucid dream 😏.The dreaming aspect is great and the ability to recall is also great. But the waking up 4 hours in to your sleep takes some traning!! As for the balanced sleep aspect I don't t think that's completely correct. I don't have a balanced sleep when waking up at 4am to take a pill infact it leaves me tired for work the next morning as you can imagine.I'm not one of those sleepers who can drift straight back to sleep. I'm one of them sleepers who fights myself to go back to sleep 😂.But I'm only a week in to these pills and you get 60 capsules in a tub.I would recommend that you do 15 minutes meditation before bed just setting the mood and then taking a pill for the best results and I find if you read or watch something about lucid dreaming you seem to dream quite a bit.I tried to light sleepers way and it actually worked!! I had my first proper lucid dream experience. I had a dream that my friend used his phone to teleport me across the country and then I asked him to take me back to 1991 and we teleported to see my father who passed away when I was 5 years old and caught a little glipse at him and then came right back.

Good product
This product have from the first time i took it, helped and increased my dream retention, and awareness in dream. which is the first step if one are trying to achieve lucidity.I did have some retention from before, but it have severely increased through the use of Dream leaf

I bought this product as a sceptic but was eager to find out more but I could remember more of what happened in my dreams and after a while I had more control in my dream rather than it being something of a 1st person uncontrollable experience.
