I have tested 3/4 ports. My mac charges when power is thru adapter, the HDMI works, the USB C port works. Have not tested the VGA, but will be doing that soon as need it to go to a projector.

Great docking station!
This is a great docking station, offering multiple different connector types, all in one compact unit. We have several of these in our small office that we use on all our laptops. Tech support from this US-based company has always been excellent. Cannot recommend these units or this company highly enough.

Good macbook adapter
I purchased this to connect an external display to my Macbook, and it definitely works. I don't notice any lag time between the computer and the monitor. My only qualm is that the power port on the adapter doesn't seem to work for me. It looks like I should be able to connect a power cord to that port and still be able to charge my Macbook but it doesn't register the charge. I've tried this on two different computers (one older, one brand new) and had the same problem. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a disappointing feature.

It’s okay— with update.
The product does what it needs me to do but the USB C port does not work at all. So here is the update. The seller reached out to me and offered me either a replacement or a refund. I told them that I was outside of the return time. The seller still offered me the options. I chose the replacement. I just got it today and it works perfectly. I so appreciate the seller for their great customer support. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Simple & Efficient
Great product! It's small and has everything I need (USB, USB-C, HDMI, and VGA). I bought this because I have an old monitor and needed a VGA adapter. Great value for the price!

Works well, as advertised. Reminder: Only one extended display.
Update: I put an HDMI on it in addition to my VGA and second USB hub. It all still works fine, but you only get one extended display with this hub. That is, if you connect a VGA and HDMI display at the same time, the two external displays have to be the same. Doesn't change my score, because if you read the item description carefully, they did disclose this limitation. Still a solid product. Original: I've got an older VGA monitor running off of it while I also use the USB to connect a second USB hub with all my peripherals on it. The display and everything attached to that second hub are working without latency. Haven't tried putting an HDMI on it as well, I'll update if I do.

It does everything that I wanted it for. No surprises. New laptop USB-C port sends video nicely to my old display with VGA. Simultaneously, reads thumb drives well.

Works well so far
Tried a cheaper unit from a different manufacturer but whilst the VGA worked, I couldn't get the USB C to work at the same time. Both work at the same time on this device.

Works a treat
One thing, both the VGA and HDMI will show the same content. For me this is fine as I have a VGA monitor on the desk and the HDMI connects to the TV.
