Nice product
This was bought for our senior 3 legged cat that is a little over weight and has to sleep in our bed.

Easy to clean
Great price however; they lean "downward" so my Lil dogs would not use them until I found a small piece of board to "level" them out.

My dog steps were delivered to the wrong addressed house down from me. Thankful that neighbor who received them delivered steps too me today. The puppy lab Hersey, loves running up & down steps to get on bed or couch.

Hard to assemble, but solid steps
I bought this because my parents have the same one in their room, and I needed one for my room. The item said no hardware needed and very easy to assemble. I took the pieces out of the box and was overwhelmed. I couldn't figure out how to line up the sides and once I did figure it out, I can't get the sides to fully clasp. Half of the one side is not fully tight, but it seems sturdy enough to use. I can't imagine trying to pull it apart to send back, so I'll live with it. It is a sturdy item and the dogs are already used to using it.

Great For HIGH Beds!
We debated between the 4 step and this. My bed is 28 inches high. This leaves a difference of about 5.5 inches which is perfect. There is gap between the bed and the step that might intimidate some dogs, but i found that if i lift/pull the sheet or blanket over the gap, the dogs don't even notice. My dogs are peekapoos. One is 10lbs, the other is a stocky 13. We got the steps for the older 10lb one who still believes he's 2 yrs old, but the recent vet bills suggest otherwise, he hurt his back twice, they suspect ivdd, but without an MRI, crate rest was the best option and no jumping up or down ever. Teaching him to use the stairs wasn't too difficult but you must be consistent, even with wording. We say "Use your Stairs" each time and tap the top of it. started with treats that worked right away. He still decides to jump up at times, rarely will he use the stairs to go up unless we go, 'use your stairs', he always wants to jump, however at random moments, you'll see him bolt up the stairs with toys. However he goes down about 95 percent of the time on his own, which for us is the most important thing to prevent the damage of impact on his joints when he hits the ground. The younger dog...well he's not very smart and refused to use the stairs unless forced to, like hands on his body, pushing him up or down and its completely awkward for everyone involved. I think he's wary because there's no railings ( he's always had issues with stairs, like he sikes himself up to go up or down and he NEVER stops half way.ever), so we bought cardboard to create "railings" on either side. Haven't had the time to see if it works, but will update when we try. The slant on the steps were more of an issue for us. We tried to lift the front by wedging a book underneath, but it was a bit shaky. The dogs get used to it, so we did too. The stairs are huge and bulky. We got the brown to 'blend' in but really, they dont. When we have company, we just put them away. Still worth it.

Garbage.
What a piece of garbage!! From the minute we took the pieces out of box it was awful. Directions are ridiculous to follow, pieces don't go in properly we had to BANG them in and once put together it's just bulky yet flimsy. So disappointed.I'm so surprised because I read so many reviews saying how great these are. 🤷♀️ These steps are nowhere near great. I purchase for my 14 year old plott Hound, 50lbs, to make it easier getting up and down off the bed. I was so excited to have these to help her, but now I'm returning them.
