Perfect for omlette making use it at commercial brunch kitchen last a very long time

It isn't often one gets pleasure from using a kitchen utensil, but this omelet turner made cooking and clean up so much easier after making eggs in a pan. The thin and flexible edge allows scavenging the eggs off the side of the pan to the point there's hardly anything left to clean. More control over the process, too, and it is easy on the non-stick pans we have. I wholeheartedly recommend this item.

Love it for omlets. It's sturdy but not so stiff that it breaks the omelette when flipping.

First off let me state I am very OCD. I often research an item to the extreme before purchase, so much so that I will just get it to remove it from my thoughts. That said, the OXO Good Grips Flip and Fold Omelet Turner was extremely checked out before being bought. It is a very "hyped-out" kitchen turner/spatula. Fortunately, the OXO Flip and Fold lived up to its hype.My wife loves it. She said she has always had a difficult time flipping an omelet without the omelet breaking apart. So far she has made multiple successful omelets and her feeling of pride is worth the cost of anything to me.I suppose my wife's success with the Flip and Fold is a stroke of luck for me because on my OCD side I purchased both the large and small versions. Both are excellent. Give the item a try if you're into omelets, etc. The right tool for the task always makes it easier to accomplish and ensures a higher success rate. 5 stars.

It flipped the eggs very easy and I used it to scrambled the eggs.

Very nice for preparing omelettes or stir fry in a no-stick pan. The shape is much better oriented to upright use when cooking or stirring.

This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. The fine and flexible edge hardly leaves a trace of batter in my mixing bowls. I prefer this size to the larger one as it's more versatile in the sense that it's easier to fit in small mixing bowls and works perfectly in larger ones. I have yet to figure out why the small one is more expensive than the larger one nor why the price went up so much from when I bought my first one a couple of years ago but I wouldn't be without one.

So happy to have bought this item from OXO Good Grips. I love this brand!
