Works as advertised.
Used this to mount my Dell SE2419H in a vertical position (this Dell monitor is not drilled and tapped for VESA). I've been using my new setup for over a month and it works fine. Lesson: don't ever buy a monitor without VESA mounts... you never know when a VESA mount will come in handy.

It was easy to install, and appears quite sturdy. and solid. (Dell SE2719H)
What more can I say. The hardest part was removing the standard stand from the monitor. My new monitor stand has a slide on VESA mount. I just screwed that to the VIVO mount with the included thumb screws. Snapped the assembly into the stand mounting slot/bracket. Wiggled to ensure it was secure, and slid it onto the new stand. Once that was screwed for security, all that remained was to attach to my computer, and adjust the viewing position. Easy peasy. The bracket has a welded brace running down the VESA mount side, across the bottom of the bracket and attaching to the monitor side. And the bracket is heavy gauge steel, so I have no fears about the bracket allowing the monitor to sag. Very happy. Worth a few dollars extra.

Works with VX3258 with some custom work
The adapter was fit to a VX3258 with some custom washers and fillers. The slots and holes were too large for the screws but overall it is sturdy enough to work. The only downside is the use of M4 threads rather than the standard M5 and maybe some lack of perforations.

Seems like a good purchase
although this didn't fit my DELL monitor, it definitely looked sturdy and if it did fit my monitor, I would definitely use it, the build quality is pretty good and the value was pretty good.
