Cheapest equipment for perfect workout. Stretching excercise without gym. Multifunctional, works on different body parts based on different excercise. Pretty light weight and flexible. Has good grip at bottom. At first I thought it would break but rubber tube is of very good quality. Highly recommended to everyone.

Got it at RS 450+delivery charges, now it's RS 350 only. The material covering near the handle torned and came off after oneday use. Disappointing.
