I am VERY disappointed in the Calou clogs I bought. I exchanged the first pair because they were too big but when the second pair arrived,they too, felt too roomy. So I took the on-line advice from Calou, and for an EXTRA $40.00, the shoe repair man (cobbler) added a leather insole to the shoe. Another problem with the shoes is that the heel straps were placed so low, that no matter how much I tightened the straps, they kept falling down... and my feet would slide around in the shoes. They were the most expensive shoes I ever bought & I can't wear them, exchange them or get a refund. They are awful.

Not a bad shoe, they look ok but i would suggest a better shoe for the price.

Very happy. I wore thick socks around the house for awhile with them on and they ended up fitting perfectly. The leather softens and molds pretty quickly.

I was surprised at how soft the leather is on these shoes. I was concerned that it would be hard and hurt my toes for a while. I gave a 4 as the strap seems like it will stretch out and not stay where it should be. It's ok for now.
