Is the 1045 Kill Bill katana wrapped in leather, like in the photo? Or is it wrapped in cotton cord, like in the description?

Only Kill Bill swords are wrapped with leather others are cotton ito. Thank you.

Does this come with the scabbard?

Yes, all swords come with saya (scabbard).

It is a double question, is it really really sharp? and Is a scabbard included?

No it's not terribly sharp and I'm not sure if it's really meant to be used for cutting anything. Yes the weight of the blade is there, but I intended this to be displayed along side bill's bride sword. And yes the scabbard does come with it.
