They work great!
I really love these ginger footpads. I put them on before bed and then apply socks over them. They stay on my feet all night. I also really like the way that they smell. Ginger is a warming herb and these foot pads are great to warm up the feet at night. I had a great night sleep with these. They are comfortable, easy to apply, and I like the way that they are working so far. They are a great price for all of the ginger foot pads that come in the pack.

I’ve been using the Ginger Foot Pads for a week now, and here’s my experience:
Ease of Use: The pads are incredibly easy to apply. Each foot patch comes with a sticky backing that adheres well to the soles of your feet. I found that wearing socks over the pads while using them helped keep them in place throughout the night, which was really convenient. No Change in Color Yet: Despite using the pads for an entire week, I haven’t noticed any significant color change in the patches, which may be a bit discouraging at first. However, I understand that results can vary based on individual factors, so I’m not too concerned yet.Better Sleep: One noticeable benefit has been an improvement in my sleep quality. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less restless during the night, which is definitely a positive outcome!Increased Energy and Motivation: After a week of using the foot pads, I’ve experienced a noticeable boost in my energy levels. I’ve been more motivated throughout the day, tackling tasks with renewed enthusiasm and focus.Improved Mood: My overall mood has also improved. I feel more balanced and less fatigued, and my stress levels have gone down. This has been a great bonus that I wasn't expecting when I first tried the foot pads. Conclusion: While I haven’t seen dramatic changes in the color of the pads yet, I’ve definitely noticed improvements in sleep, energy, and mood. The Ginger Foot Pads seem to be working well for me, and I’ll continue using them to see if the results improve further. Highly recommend if you're looking for a natural w

Not sure yet
I'm on day 4 of using these pads. Haven't noticed much of a difference yet. Does turn feet slightly yellow and absolutely smells like a smoked Bbq when pulling them off. I don't think the dark color is from anything coming out of your body. I believe it's the ingredients mixed with the warmth of your bed and your feet slightly sweaty at night..I'll continue to use the box up and see what happens

I swear these make a difference in my sleep
Someone on tik tok recommended these and tried them out. I've been using them for over a year now. I have gone periods without using them and I notice that I am not sleeping as deeply and feel more tired the next day. They create a gooey and sticky feeling on your feet when you wake up and your feet smell like barbecue. I use a separate washrag for my feet because of this. Some of my regularly worn shoes have a slight smell because I guess my feet smell like this always. I wish I could get the same effect from type of supplement capsule because the whole gooey, smelly foot thing sucks. But it doesn't suck enough for me to stop using them. They really help with my sleep and energy levels.I cut the sticker piece in half and only use a half per foot. It's enough to keep the pad on and not as uncomfortable.

Better Sleep, More Energy!
Ive used these foot pads for years and they are my preferred brand. After experience with other brands that were full of dirt, these haven’t let me down. Detoxing is a permanent part of my self care routine. I wear them at night and they pull the toxins from my body. Just apply them to your clean dry feet. I wear socks to keep from seeping. I have better sleep, and more energy. I use them 3-4 times a week and when I am not feeling well. Highly recommend!

Was Hopeful, but Made Me Physically Ill
I have autoimmune issues, insomnia, arthritis, chronic body pain, and was super hopeful.I tried detox foot pads about 15 years ago, back when I was young and healthy (bought from a big-box store's impulse section), and I remember the instructions were to do one foot at a time, and alternate over the course of a week, take a week break, then repeat. I also remember the pads got lighter in color over time.Fast forward to now: I fished through all the Amazon options, looking to avoid lavender (gives me migraines), and came across this one. However, when it arrived, the package has a picture of a lavender field and the "aroma infused" description talks about lavender. I tentatively opened the package, and luckily didn't smell lavender. In fact, there was barely a scent.I decided to try just one foot for the first night.Adhesive was decent for the first hour of wear, but I felt it start peeling, so I added a sock. When I woke up, there was the faint smell of charcoal, but not horrible. It peeled off easily, and I washed my foot with a hot rag.I didn't notice better sleep, but I was still optimistic! However, as I moved around my house, the charcoal "BBQ" smell got stronger, so I emptied the trash where I'd tossed the pad.The smell still didn't dissipate, and I realized it was my foot!Within the hour, I became extremely nauseous and began praying to the porcelain god.Due to my health issues, I'm very conscientious of triggers, and this was the only new thing in my (pandemic self-isolated) routine.I soaked my foot in an epsom salt bath and scrubbed with soap.My foot still smells.Maybe this does actually detox, in the form of vomiting your entire stomach contents? Not worth purging my autoimmune medication, and feeling cruddy.Won't use again. What a waste of money, and physically dangerous.
