Gaming rig is incredible
I just set this up last Tuesday and got all my programs and games on it. It runs all my games on ultra over 120+ frames depending on which game (MW 2019 at 120 - 146fps, Destiny 2 147+ fps). Fans start kicking up when too much starts to happen which is normal, its not loud at all. I didnt have the time to build my own pc at this point in time and was hesitant on getting a brand name pc. My expectations were completely blown, i would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good rig to play on.

10 months in and don't reccomend.
First, the support is just terrible. I bought this for a pretty penny last June and have had a variety of issues from the fans going crazy loud to M.2 SSD constantly running up to 100% usage in most basic tasks. Haven't had this much crashing in my previous 12 year old Dell with first generation i7 on it and that's saying something. If you need a gaming pc that only has fancy lights and no ability to play games, go for cyberpower. If you actually would like to use your computer, look for something else.

Beautiful PC
My first gaming PC, and I was completely shocked on how amazing it looks, I actually had to change my set up around a bit because this isn't the type of PC you stick under a desk. I've had zero issues with getting it up and running, performance is great, haven't pushed any limits to this point. Whisper quiet... even when I messed around with GPU's fan speed a bit, still could barely hear it. My main use for this PC is its actually my entertainment center. I don't have a regular computer monitor, instead I use my 65" Samsung TV as my monitor and run everything through the computer. No complaints. I ran some of the prices for parts of the machine to see what kind of price this was, and it definitely is selling for a good price.

So far so good
I just got my computer a few days ago and i must say that so far its really working good, I've bee able to play high demanding games on this computer with max settings in 1080p with more than 60 fps, plus i work on 3D stuff so its really good for my work too, haven't had any issues and its working smoothly

It was time
I had ordered two new desktops from a certain other company. One was what I had ordered, the other one was a downgraded desktop. I had to return the ancient one and was really frustrated. After a bit of research I settled on this one. Arrived on time and in time for Christmas.Booted up immediately, with no bloatware!!!Downloaded my games from steam and happily played for hours.Put everything on Ultra high for the first time and was thrilled with the response times and frames rates. The USB 3.0 ports on top of the machine make it simple for me to plug and unplug various add ons.Fans are mostly quiet, under heavy game play they kick up a notch but nothing horrible. The lights are pretty and changeable with the remote. All in all it's been pretty solid and hopefully will get a few more years out of it!

Amazing PC
This PC came in fast and has been working like a charm for the last couple of days. It also isn't very loud so you don't have to worry about that. You can also expect it to run games and high setting and for vr it ran smoothly and I had absolutely no freezes.

Wouldn't connect to the monitor
Get it out of the box and I plug it in. Pc turns on but doesn't not connect to the monitor. Tried to look at the instructions, and they are for a different cyberpower PC. Disappointing paying 1.3k on a PC and it doesn't work. Orderd replacement and it comes in 4 days. Quite angry because I took today off to use the PC.

Amazing pc for the price!
First time buying a gaming pc and it is amazing to say the least. The unboxing and set-up process was very nice and quick. Love how looks and performs and it is not loud at all.

Honestly Amazing
This is my first time buying a desktop pc (I've only ever had laptops) and this works really great. Love how much storage I have, how easy it was to set up and use, and more importantly: I can play the Sims 3 easily! For those that are unaware, the Sims 3 is the buggiest, slowest, and overcrowding (it takes up a bunch of room on a laptop) game I have ever played. The longer you play it, the worst it gets. Eventually I had to abandon it on my laptop because the game just wouldn't run for me anymore. But with this computer, I can play it with almost no difficulties! (Still a little slow, but that's just because of how long I was playing with this particular save file before moving it to my pc). Overall, I really love this computer! I'm sure that with whatever game you are hoping to play, you'll have no problem being able to spend long hours playing it.P.S - I notice some people saying it crapped out quickly on them or overheated. MOVE THE TOWER AWAY FROM ALL WALLS OR FURNITURE. There are multiple vents on the back, top, and side. Just push it away from anything that is surrounding the tower.

Great PC
Great value, can play every game under the sun on 1080p. Have not tried 4k yet but sure that it will work just fine. Might have to buy dust filters for the fans though. Currently having problems with the onboard wifi but just bought a wifi adapter for 20 bucks and it works fine now. Heating is not much of an issue but its not a bad idea to replace the stock cooler. All in all it’s a solid pc and I look forward to gaming on it in the coming years

One of the best Gaming PC's I've seen
I recently bought a Cyberpower gaming pc from amazon that has an i7 and a msi geforce RTX 2060 Super. The Pc is very beautiful and full of RGB, the graphics card always works very well and never crashes, my frames in Gaming practically never drop, they're almost at the same number as the first day that I used the PC. The PC sometimes makes a lot of sound when there is 1 gaming tab open and a Browser, other than that the sound is perfect. When in use of Gaming, the PC never crashes. In the box also came a Keyboard and a Mouse, the mouse is very beautiful and smooth, Keyboard is also very good, alhough i do not like how big and bulky it is. Very GOOD PC, DEFINTELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Some info I couldnt find on amazon spec sheet
PC runs well uses a small remote to change lighting through case connectors though the motherboard does have additional fan headers and an rgb header for additional lights and fans.... top metal panel had dent in it on arrival as well as mouse was basically destroyed when it got here but I imagine that's shippings issue ...the mobo is the prime b360M A so that way you can at least look up what additional connectors you will have available. Looks like there is a HDD cage beside power supply hidden cyberpowerpc logo... pretty stellar product overall
