I would gladly wipe my mom's butt after her heart procedure but I knew she would hate the lack of independence. These are just so amazing. From the first time she used them, she raved about how easy they are to use but also how well the work at cleaning her. She has even used one with wipes to do a 'bath clean" of hard to reach areas. we havent used the hooks, but they seem easy and sturdy.

So many life events come that present real mobility problems. I have used this product after several surgeries, and each time I have been grateful. The good: The tip is soft rubber, which helps it hold the toilet paper or wipe. It has a clamp and release feature, which also helps it hold until you are ready to dispose of the paper or wipe. The bends worked well for my arm, making locating the wipe head less painful. And the device is strong, so the shaft will not bend or flex in use. It is not often I find a health aid device so well designed, durable and helpful at such a reasonable price. It really helps!

Works good. Only problem is one of the two tends to lock up when you press the paper release button.

Mechanism quit working

I'm so glad they've made so.ething like this. I cannot bend my back, so this was a god send to make that task easier. I gave it a 3 star because I have had 3 of these, and 2 of them, the spring inside the handle doesn't go back in the handle, so I've just cut the rubber part over where the spring is and just took the spring out. The spring is to hold whatever you use to wipe with. T.P. is a joke to use with these, so I use dude wipes, which are perfect size for these.

works very well like the fact its a 2 pack esp that im a woman and need for the back and front ease of use is very good

I crushed my shoulder in 3 places and have had multiple surgeries on it, with hardware implanted to hold the shoulder together. Unfortunately this happened to my right shoulder, so I can barely write, let alone reach to the areas that need cleaning for personal care. I admit, it did take me awhile to figure out how best to use this thing. The illustration that came with it was a bit confusing. Eventually, I found out that I was overthinking it. So, once I fogured out to stuff one end of the toilet paper into the slot, wrap it around the head a couple of times, then stuff the rest into the slot, I was good to "go." It has been a great help to me! It cleans really well, and it is comfortable to use. It reaches as far as you need to reach. The only thing I have to do from time to time is to pull out the end of the paper from the slot. Otherwise the release button doesn't work as well. Or, maybe I am just stuffing the end in too hard. It really is a great product, and cleans up easily.

Difficult to use . Paper does not release easily. Too thick should be more narrow to fit in grooves better.

Works ok

Just had bilateral knee surgery. I bought this to use myself and to help my partner use. Works great. Very easy to clean. Soft and smooth, so no scratching. I wish I found this before. I have had rotator cuff surgery and this would have been awesome to use for my left hand, since I am right handed. Not only using on the toilet, but even cleaning. You can reach where ever you need to.

Great product.

I received this item on 8/5/20 and the release mechanism broke after less than a month of use. The problem is that the grip part of the handle is a little too short so you end up applying downward pressure on the release part/end of the handle, which then snaps in two rendering the whole thing useless. The exact same thing happened with the last one I received (different mfr) but at least it lasted six months. I don't think is this the suppliers fault per se, I think it's a design flaw that could be fixed by making the handle grip longer. And for the record, I'm not a 6' lumberjack with hands the size of hams just regular old lady ones 😊.

Virtually useless. Did not expel used paper and a total waste of money.
