We will customise your card and send you a proof for approval. You will receive your proof within 1 working day. If changes are required we will amend and send a re-proof. Only after your approval, we will print and dispatch your cards, so please keep an eye for email updates. Please note, turn around and delivery times are given in good faith, we cannot commence work on an item until we have received personalisation details and we do not post until you have confirmed a proof okay to print. If we don't hear from you for more than 48 hours and the party date is near, we hold the right to print our design with the information you have provided.
