A lot of light for the money!
This light is amazing! I have multiple other TrustFire flashlights for home, work and EDC. When I saw this weapon mounted light, I knew I was going to get a high quality product. TrustFire didn't let me down. I currently have an Olight pl-mini Valkyrie 400 lumen weapon light mounted on my Glock 19 that I compared this TrustFire GM21 to. First, I'd like to list some of the similar features of both lights. They both mount with a quick release lever and both come with a Glock and 1913 picatinny rail adapters. Both have ambidextrous switches and built in batteries with indicator lights. They both seem to be equal in size and weight. Time for the differences between the two. THE PRICE!!! I paid close to $100 for the olight and only got 400 lumens. The GM21 is about $40 less and offers 510 lumens!!! When compared side by side, the GM21 has a brighter, whiter and more focused hot spot than the olight. The light spill is less than the olight and the beam reaches out farther as well. One main feature I like on the GM21 is the micro USB charging port. You can charge this light pretty much anywhere without carrying around a proprietary magnetic USB charging cable like the one olights come with. One more thing I have to mention is the ease of operation. The olight requires the user to push down on the switch while the GM21 is a press in style which feels more natural. The GM21 switch has a nice tactile feel when pressed and features a steady on and momentary function. I'm really glad that TrustFire left out all the bells and whistles that other lights come with like strobe function and selectable brightness. I really like how simple the light is and how easy it is to operate. I took it out to the range and fired about 300 rounds of 9mm. The light stayed on for about 40 minutes before the red led lit up indicating a low battery. Not once did the light flicker or shut off after continuous rounds. I also performed a 4 foot drop test into solid concrete and the light stayed on without any issues. Charging was fast with a 3.4 amp USB charger, although I don't really recommend using a high amp charger all the time as it will reduce the battery life. Over all, I recommend the GM21 for anyone who wants a weapon mounted light on a budget. I will keep this light on my home defense/EDC pistol.

Look no further this is the light you need
This gun light is perfect. The product came in great time un-damaged. The Packaging was intact and all parts where in there. The light itself I love. It is not to bright where it is blinding you when you point it at a wall and can not see your target, but it is bright enough to light up the hallway and the rooms around it. The light came with a charge and worked immediately. There is a LED charging indicator that is on it so when it is charging you can see if it is charged or not (nice feature). It is able to charge when still on the weapon. The tails when’re you click the buttons to turn on are in perfect placement. If you hold it is momentary and it you click it then it is on. I love that there is not a strobe mode on it. If I could make two small suggestions it would be 1 if there could be a lock out mode, so during transportation you are not worrying about it turning on. The 2nd if the bar that clicks into the picatinny rail was adjustable back and fourth and could work on more guns. Other then that this light is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

Decent little light
Good light for the money, the QD is so tight that you need a lever to pry it off. A good thing imo. The light has one setting -blinding and the battery lasts for about 2 hours. Not a huge deal to me, but its something you have to keep in mind. Light switches are Olight, so good there and the charging port is standard Andoid instead of the proprietary magnetic charger. Both pretty good for me since i have a galaxy and carry a charger with cord. Overall, it's a pretty poor light for combat, but a good light for self defense.

Affordable, fits like a glove for the m&p and quality made
I usually try to find the best deals for equipment, especially when it comes to firearms. I was a little skeptical at first but I can say you will get your BANG for your BUCK with this light. Feels well made, it's pretty bright! It fits perfect for my m&p 2.0 compact! I can't wait to test it out in the field and hopefully it doesnt slip off the pistol. So far, I dont believe it will. Only downside is that it's a 45 min lifespan. But if I need longer life in a light I'll just use a flashlight. No complaints here!
