Haven't let it wear out yet just installed today fit perfectly did end up using nuts and bolts instead of the screws provided

Will not tighten up

Exactly what it says it is. Made of synthetic materials and looks like alot of shiny plastic like the orange safety fence you see at construction sites sometimes.The instructions for mounting or installing are not good, a small 5x7 piece of paper with a few illustrations. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. It's what I expected to pay for and received it in excellent condition and on time.In order to mount as you see it on the photograph, I'd have to drill holes in the truck bed. Small holes albeit but holes never the less. The adjustable straps just don't hold it as firmly across as seen in the photograph.

I read the reviews before my purchase and they were spot on. They said that the instructions were meager and they were right but it isn't too difficult to figure out how to install the gate. All in all I feel that I got my money's worth.

the badThe worst part about this item is the mounting brackets within a day of normal driving they where bent over backwards. The self tapping screws that they send with it where completely useless, I had to use some of my own. The netting was fairly solid but the way it attached to the brackets was a horrible design flaw if you pulled at the netting it would start to come loose.the goodIt was a easy install. Once installed it looks fairly decent.My advice would be to spend a little more money and make sure that the mesh tailgate that you buy is of good quality.

I was skeptical at first, because you never know how these things will hold up. but it works great. took me about 30 minutes to install and once we figured out how the straps tighten, it works great. This past weekend i loaded a full ton of mulch and about 20 (20lb) river rocks in bed and this didnt budge in inch. held up great. I definitely would recommend.
