Decent wardrobe
OK where to start. This comes in 4 boxes that are well padded and weight about 3 billion tons. This is both a good and a bad thing for obvious reasons. Good because when you look at the panels they are thick and hard and strong, bad because you got to lug them around lol. Assembly I did on my own as I am a rebel and I was able to construct it easily enough on my own. That's not to say assembly is easy as it's not. The instructions are clear to me who have assembled similar like things before. Where it goes wrong how ever is that in the instructions all the pieces are identified by numbers and letters. But not one piece in the box has corresponding identifying numbers and letters. This means a lot of time is spent working out which piece amount the mountain of pieces is the correct one, which is easy in some places but hard in others when you have similar looking differences. But once you have found the right pieces assembly is then easy. The wardrobe is very sturdy and heavy when constructed and definitly isn't moving anywhere any time soon. I was a little disappointed with the flimsy plastic door handles but actually once fitted they are quite firm and fit well with the aesthetics of the wardrobe. The only annoying bit is the led lights which are like an after thought. They come in two separate clear plastic bags with instructions on the electrical side of things. Where they go wrong though is that the top piece of the wardrobe does not have pre drilled holes to screw them on top too. As it has a hard lacquer like finish on the outside you will struggle to simply just screw them in, specially if you want them straight. Of course you could just drill a few pilot holes for them, which is quick and easy if you do this before you assembled the wardrobe, however when the wardrobe is assembles it's over 7ft tall which means in a lot of houses there isn't much room to get a drill and drill bit between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling, and there is know way your taking it apart or lowering it on its front again to do that lol. I needed up just using some extra strong velcro to hold them on as they are very light. So over all solid construction and overall well designed and East to assemble, just a few small annoying things.

Excellent Value for money
Very good quality and well made. Looks lovely and would purchase again if I need another wardrobe. Arrived on time, well packed and complete with everything required to build. Very pleased

Hard work but worth the end result
This was delivered with care and on time. There were however no instructions in the box just a QR code on a bit of paper to view them online. Would advise watching the YouTube video as well. It’s a lovely wardrobe but incredibly heavy. You need a BIG space to assemble this. We also needed a step ladder to finish the top as didn’t have space to do the entire thing flat on the floor. None of the parts are labelled so it took a tape measure and a bit of viewing the diagrams and the video a couple of times to figure which parts belong where. Electronic screwdriver highly advised. Also perhaps a plastic or rubber mallet for knocking in the wooden dowel bits and the shelf supports. Top tip, if moving on carpet use some of the wooden packing strips (we used 4) spread apart to slide the wardrobe into a tight space. Overall it’s a nice wardrobe but the base design is poor so unless you are very strong to lift it upright, the base rails are very flimsy for the weight of the wardrobe until the sides of the wardrobe are added. But this is later in the instructions after you’ve already moved it. If there was an opportunity to have paid for assembly I would have happily done that after sweating for hours trying to put it together. I’m please with the end result, it’s not perfect, but that’s due to my dodgy hammer work rather than the product. When fitting the back panels would advise drawing a line where the shelf is so it’s easier to add nails there. Definitely not a self assembly project for a beginner and would say you need two people as the very minimum to assemble because of the weight involved.

Mirrors Distorted After Second Attempt
The order was placed and I was given no warning on delivery so although it came earlier than Amazon stated, it was lucky I was in the house as they came from Kent! The first delivery, the mirrors were distorted and so I contacted them. They got in touch and the first adviser said that they had never heard of distorted mirrors... apparently that’s not a thing. So he passed me to a manager who agreed and said they would send new doors to arrive in two weeks. Over three weeks later they finally arrived...and now the distortion is worse than the others were. So I am now going to pay a local firm to put new mirrors on it. The wardrobe is incredibly sturdy and very heavy which is a good thing. However, I am an experienced DIYer and as other reviewers have said, I wouldn’t have been able to do this alone. I wouldn’t be buying another one of these due to the effort to get it right. I’d advise spending more money for something easier to build and with mirrors that don’t make you look like Humpty Dumpty from one angle and Mr Tall from another.

Spacious and sturdy
Looks like the pictures. Good amount of space inside. Everything arrived in time and sellers communication was good. Couriers provided installation service at additional cost, which I accepted. Wardrobe was put together well and to my knowledge there was no issue with its construction. It looks good and feels sturdy. Be prepared for multiple tall and heavy boxes. If you are moving the boxes from room to room or upstairs you will want another pair of hands to assist.

Quality is not the best
I purchased this wardrobe in 2 sizes, and think that they're quite attractive, but have to rate them poorly due to problems we faced. Before I go on, the sellers responded to communications promptly, & did appear to genuinely want to help resolve issues, which I did appreciate. The first issue was with the delivery: Do not expect this item to be delivered to the room of your choice. You will need to contact the seller & request this beforehand, & agree to pay an extra charge, in cash, on delivery. I didn't know this when the first wardrobe was delivered, and so the drivers left 5 huge, & very heavy boxes, in my entrance, blocking the doorway. This was a big issue for me, being disabled with mobility & balance issues, but I'm guessing it would have been a problem for even an able bodied person. The next issue was with assembly: As others have mentioned in their reviews, it's a very heavy wardrobe, & if you follow the instructions, you're likely to break the "feet" off. The instructions suggest initially assembling the wardrobe laying flat on the floor, then after attaching the feet, to lift the wardrobe to an upright position. At this point, the feet, which are only being held with loose fitting dowels, will either fall off or misalign, and you're likely to place an uneven weight distribution on them, causing the dowels to snap, and/or feet to break. If they don't break at this point, any further adjustments to the wardrobe position at this stage might result in the same. Probably the best way around this would be to continue to assemble the wardrobe laying flat on the floor, until after you've attached the sides of the wardrobe, and only lifting it to an upright position after this stage - this is because the sides of the wardrobe provide some further support to the feet, and it's less likely to come apart. And for the assembly of this size wardrobe, you're going to need a lot of space! We had to completely clear out the double room. Despite 3 of us lifting the wardrobe, hoping to clear the ground without an uneven force or drag on the feet, we still did face this problem, and that is because we followed the instructions, and didn't keep the wardrobe flat until after attaching the side. I did try to improve the situation, by reinforcing the feet with small metal brackets, & glue, but was worried about how this would affect the longevity and performance of the wardrobe, so contacted the seller for advice, especially as I could see this had been a common problem in the reviews. They suggested replacing the parts, & very kindly offered to send out another pair of feet & base of the wardrobe, free of charge. They recommended using an affiliated wardrobe fitting service of theirs, who would be able to efficiently assemble both wardrobes at the same time, with the replacement parts, & reinforce/manage any structural problems that arise. Again this is a cash service, & the price was very unclear for this service (I was quoted 2 different prices to begin with, & then on the day they attended, it ended up costing even more!) The wardrobe fitters were very quick: They arranged an appointment as soon as the replacement parts were available, & the job was done in a few hours. However, their work was not of a high standard in my opinion, with some visible damage to some external parts, the backing not fitted well (very few nails used, which allows the backing to come away), and the LED lights not attached (advised to tape this to the top of the wardrobe), & no anti-tipping devices attached. The doors also do not remain completely closed either, and are constantly immediately sliding back open by themselves - I'm not sure if this is a structural problem, or to do with the fitting to be honest - see photos for details. Once it's been made up, don't expect to be able to move it even a little bit either, unless you're willing to dismantle it. It's just too big & heavy, while also feeling like it will come apart if handled too much. We did speak to the fitters about the best way to move it (as we were thinking of painting the walls), and had bought furniture sliders to apply under the wardrobe while assembling, but he declined to use them, telling us that it would affect the balance & structure of the wardrobe, and he also recommended particularly dismantling it before attempting to move it, and then only to lift each side (one at a time) and try to move it only a few centimeters at a time. It's not ideal. Also a small note: the 203cm model comes with 2 LED lights, but only 1 plug had been sent with this. When I contacted the seller, they sent out the additional one which I received within a few days. It does mean that you need two plug sockets available, very close to, and on each side of the wardrobe, to be able to use them. I was expecting them to be connected in series to be honest, and I don’t have a socket availabe on each side either. The short length of the wires also means the light switch part is dangling in the air. I'm thinking about sticking them to the sides of the wardrobe or the wall to make this feel a bit safer. Overall: I'm quite disappointed with the product assembly & quality of the final product, as I had higher hopes I guess.

Great quality, challenging delivery
Very high quality for the price - incredibly solid and sturdy. You will need a *large* space to build them - I had to empty the room of all other furniture. The build instructions are rather vague (compared, for example, to the excellent instructions you get in IKEA products) - it's important to check that all pieces are the right way round and the diagrams don't really help with this. I ended up with one panel inserted upside down which only became apparent when I went to install shelves and rials right at the end of the process - I decided to drill a few extra holes rather than than disassemble and start again. The individual panels are pretty heavy so assembly is a 2 (or even 3) person job. The results are worth it though - this is a high quality wardrobe of substance and presence. My only real negative was the delivery experience - the seller was excellent but the delivery company used were pretty amateur. They delivered all of the packages to the car park at the back of my block of flats and refused to deliver to the flat itself - on the 3rd floor - despite advice from the seller. One of the mirrored doors was also cracked in the process. The seller arranged for delivery of a replacement door, and this time the delivery company had clearly had instructions to deliver to the front door of my flat, but they parked a street away and refused to move! Jointly we carried the replacement door to my flat where they then refused to take away the old (cracked) door.. So I had to hire a van to take this to the local tip! Anyway, none of this detracts from the wardrobe itself.. Just be careful who you buy from.
