so can use this instead of using clay bar for whole car?

I don't use this product over the entire car, only on areas with tar spots. Personally I would use this 1st ( where required) and then give the car a thorough rinse. I would then use an appropriate Fallout Remover before rinsing, washing again and a final rinse before even considering claying.

Should this be used neat or can it be diluted?

You are better off using it neat, put it on the panel, leave for a few mins then it should wipe off very easy

Yes but it’s not safe on plastics.

Can it remove glue residue from decals that have been removed?

It should do it removed lots of sticky stubborn residue for me.

Strong Stuff!

Awesome tar remover, melts most tea spots instantly. You need to be very careful when using make sure it’s fully wiped then rinsed off as it can damage plastics if left on too long. Follow the instructions and you will be golden!!

I own several vehicles. They all pick up tar on their bodywork. This is the best product I have tried over the years. Just spray on leave for a few minutes and wipe off. Simples!! Expensive ,but it really works.Well done!
