YOU WANT THIS PILLOW!!! I am a pillow snob. I have asthma, COPD, and the early stages of Emphacema. I also have chronic degenerative disc disease and Fibromyalgia. My pillow HAS to give me quality sleep. My health literally depends on it. I have had to use at least 2 pillows my entire life UNTIL I bought this pillow!! Same with my husband. Not only do you get 2 pillows for $60 which for a great pillow is nothing! I've spent way more on pillows that turned out to be horrible. They also send you extra stuffing and if that's not enough just ask they will send you more!! This is hands down the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on and I have gone through a lot of pillows over 53 years of life. I loved them so much that I bought one for each of my kids too. These pillows are AMAZING!! Do yourself a favor and buy a set. I promise you will not regret it. You get GREAT quality sleep, supports your neck and shoulders and spine and hands down the MOST comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. Not kidding. As a self-proclaimed pillow connoisseur, I've gone through countless brands, styles, and designs in search of the perfect night's sleep. Yet, it wasn't until I found these pillows that I truly understood what comfort meant. My journey with these pillows began unexpectedly at a bed and breakfast. From the moment I laid my head upon them, I was spellbound. Unable to resist, I promptly ordered a set for my home. Two years later, I'm delighted to report that these pillows remain as impeccable as the day they arrived. They've retained their shape and support, defying the wear and tear that plagues lesser pillows. For side sleepers like myself, the firmness of these pillows is a godsend. They provide just the right amount of support to alleviate any strain, ensuring a restorative slumber every night. But what truly sets these pillows apart is their adjustability. Yes, you heard it right – adjustable pillows! I cannot recommend them highly enough to fellow aficionados of quality sleep. Prepare to be enchanted, for these are not just pillows – they're a gateway to blissful slumber.

These pillows are adjustable! I cannot do super fluffy as my neck cannot handle being angled in a forward ( bent ) position for more than a couple hours. I need FLAT but that does not mean I need or want hard. These are super comfortable and soft. As with any memory foam they form to your head. I took out tons and tons of the filling to make them flat enough for me to be comfortable ( took about 3/4 days to get it right ) I fluffed like advised on low for 10 min in dryer and also hand fluffed. These are great as they are like ' CUSTOME MADE ' to your liking - can't beat that. I saved all the filling in plastic bags in the event I would ever need to use it for extra filling or to possible fill another pillow or possible pet bed in the future ( they do give extra filling for those who like BIG fluffy pillows-which of course, I did not need ). The zipper on one of the pillow cases was not working properly and the company sent me a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT OF BOTH PILLOWS AT NO COST- ( this was just a couple days after purchase not weeks or months ) - That kind of no hassle service is uncommon and super rare these days so I gladly appreciated it - especially after a $70 purchase! I would highly recommend both the soft, comfortable and adjustable pillows and company! GO FOR IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT- PROMISE! - Also, Amazon took care of me as well and sent a replacement- where I just took off the new pillow case and sent back the broke one.

The pillow has a really bad odor. Overall the pillow is great. It’s comfortable. You can add extra foam for your comfort level. It comes with a pillow case cover. I washed them twice to get rid of the smell. It’s not as bad but can still smell a little. I sprayed with fabric febreze and put an extra pillow case cover under the pillow case.

I purchased these pillows 4 years ago and have slept on them every single night since the purchase. I have not had to buy any more since buying these. I have ordered 3 other sets as gifts for family members. They too have not had to buy other pillows. I will never buy anything else and pray they never stop selling these. Highly recommend!!

I've had the 2 queen size for 3 months. They are still as good as the first day sleeping. It took me a couple of weeks to find the perfect fill - almost half of the filling removed and it still fills my queen size cotton case. You can add more if you like a really hefty pillow, because they send you a bag of extra fill for each pillow. (and if you have two pillows, then you remove some from both, put with the supplied extra, fill up a zippered case and and you now have three pillows!) It's very soft, but not so soft that you sink to the bottom. The filling has fiberfill fluff holding all the memory foam pieces together making it soft. It's not a "mold to your position" pillow like the pillow guy's item, as it's more formed since it has that fluffy fiberfill holding it all together. I don't get hot on it like solo memory foam pillows. I don't wake up with neck pain. And I like having my "3rd" pillow on the sofa for napping. It washes in a large front loader easily, then dries fairly quickly. Also, I didn't notice any odor / smell from when I received them new. Packaging was nice, both packed in the company original box put into a amazon box; pillows were vacuum packed into a roll; the extra filling was in zippered plastic bags. The filling is in a zippered case inside the cover case. The cover is kind of weird looking; the inside cover is thin.

These pillow have exceeded expectations so far. I’m always hesitant to buy pillows online bc i’m pretty particular about pillows, mattress, and bedding in general. And I’ve gone through a lot of pillows because I replace mine every year at least. I am going to order a few more of these to keep in the queue. The filler is a combo of foam shreds and chunks and what looks like a synthetic fiber which fills the spaces between the foam bits. the varying size of the filler pieces coupled with the inner case and outer removable, washable shell makes for a very even, smooth distribution of support. (my neck approves). They breath so don’t get hot and maintain a comfy sleeping temp. The foam had a very mild odor compared to other foam pillows and mattresses/mattress pads i’ve owned. And it dissipated quickly (within a hour or two of taking it out of the packaging - it was very very mild to begin with.) The fabric is quality as are the zippers. These pillows are “gently supportive” in that they are soft and cushiony but the filler provides support that’s firm right where needed. the package includes extra foam filler if you like a thicker pillow. i have slept with 1 without it and 1 with it added and both are great. If you’re a back sleeper you likely won’t need the extra filler. It’s excellent support for side sleepers and a great cuddle pillow. The pillow also provides good support if you like sleeping on your back with a pillow under your knees. I’m a big dude 6’2 and typically side sleeper engulfed in pillows of varying types. I’m three days sleep in and these are the most comfortable pillows i’ve slept on. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at a range hotels as well ranging from Marriott Courtyards to St. Regis & Four Seasons so my pillow sample is big. These pillows are the G.O.A.T. The filling has its own “pillow case” and there’s a removable and washable outer shell. Both of which feel durable. I like the removable outer shell for washing. (adult fyi) Additionally, the pillow with the additional filler that can be added provides sufficiently firm lower back/hip support should you sometimes find yourself in need of hips raised while on your back (iykyk). 10/10 happy with this pillow so far they seem durable so i suspect they will last. if any disappointments arise. i’ll follow up. recommendations: 1. let the pillows inflate/decompress and air out for a couple hours or so.(do this with any compressed foam products). 2. Make sure the outer shell zipper is on the opposite side of the inner case zipper (the zippers are solid but this is just preventative - I have a cat that’s an agent of chaos). 3. The shipped box is cat approved.

Although the pillows came flattened, with some hand fluffing they puffed up enormously! They have a slight smell but I am very sensitive to scents and had no problem using them the same night as they arrived. I am a back sleeper, so I followed the instructions and took out some stuffing, then to make it perfect for me I had to add a tiny bit back. That is one of the things that love about the pillow. You can adjust it to your body. It even comes with a bag of more stuffing. Also the firmness was ideal for me. It is right in the middle. Not too hard, or firm, and not too soft. Seriously the best pillows I have ever had, and my neck pain is gone. No more waking up in terrible pain!

Finally my search is over! These pillows give me the support I need! They stay puffy and never go flat, they mold to my head and neck perfectly 🥰

There was a horrible chemical smell when i opened it. I called the number provided to see if there was something i could do instead of returning it. I was instructed to just be patient and air it out for a few hours and the smell should dissipate. It did and Im glad i kept it because i love it and had a great nights sleep! It was soft, yet firm and doesn't flatten, but cradles my head. I removed a bit of stuffing and it perfect for me. This is a great option to be able to remove or add foam. It's only been one night, but its a hit with me.

Just got my pillows today....trying them out tonight...but so far they are perfect...I did lay on it to try it out and so far it is perfect...I have neck problems and this really helps and stays fluffy too...if I find it too soft i have extra stuffing that came with the pillows....I will definitely be recommending these pillows...it was truly worth the money
