Fits Suunto Zoom dive watch
Replaced my dive watch battery successfully. Used a torx T5 to get the back off which I had to order separately though, managed to find a set of tiny ones advertised as being for glasses etc.

Preferable to a $50+ specialist and having to remember 4 weeks before trip
For those who dive intermittently, the pre-dive ritual of realising that your dive-watch battery is looking a bit weak and that you're not sure if it will last for the full holiday is probably familiar. However, replacing a dive computer/watch battery is probably not beyond you if you have done the same with cameras, torches and the like. It is, after all, just another o-ring and grease combination. If the computer isn't very expensive and you don't worry too much, then doing it yourself will be easier (you don't have to check before you go the same way) and quicker (it only takes 1-3 minutes for a Suunto Vyper or similar) and cheaper (sending away/via a dive shop often seems to be about 50 bucks). NB: if you do not need the o-ring and have grease from your camera kit then just buying an appropriate battery CR2450 would be more economic still...

Ideal beach travel bag
Light weight, and folds really well. So takes up lil space in a suitcase.

Wrong size battery - do not install
I purchased one of these battery kits , computer started giving eratic information. Following inspection by authorised Suunto engineer it was found that these batteries are slightly deeper than the ones specified by Suunto. My Suunto vyper novo was written off as irreparable. This is what the aproved service Center had to say - “ Regards to the Suunto vyper Novo serial number 90470215. The incorrect battery had been fitted (CR2450) not CR2450N the difference between them are very small but enough to cause damage. The shoulder of the battery is larger on the CR2450 so when the computer back has been screwed down it has broken the battery contact and crushed the PCB. After fitting the correct battery to the unit it would act erratically due to battery contacts been broken. I called Suunto Diving UK to confirm my findings.” Hope no one else has their computer damaged or has an incident .

Does what it says
Save yourself £60 and swap your battery yourself. This kit is all you need (aside from the torx screwdriver)

The wrong battery!
Battery too wide to fit into computer, cannot put face back on as its too thick. Dont buy!
