This is basically soap. Do NOT expect to spray and rinse. The fine print says you have to use a pressure washer. It will NOT remove algae, mold, or even dirt by itself. If you want a REAL deck cleaner, get something like Olympic deck cleaner, that truly is a spray and rinse. I've attached a pic to show you the difference.I even tried M-1 FULL STRENGTH, and it wouldn't even dissolve the dirt on my lawn furniture. If you're going to power wash, you really don't need anything else. Heck, just get a bar of Ivory soap and call it deck cleaner, it'll work as well as this mis-labeled "deck cleaner".YOU are the deck cleaner, not this watered down soap.

yes,you use a pressure washer, Its not a product that you spray on and walk away.If you need to clean a bad deck or remove old stain, there is no other like this. This is a soap, and you use soap for deep cleaning. I put one part clorox with my mixture to kill the fungus or mold. The mixture is the key, 4 to one to strip or 9 to 1 basic clean.By the way you can get this at HomeDepot for $10.00
