My personal favorites
These bristling sardines have been my favorite for a long time and the value in getting 4 tins in a package is an excellent value. Prepared as a sandwich, wonderful! Very mild flavor, smooth texture and there's at least 12 fish in each tin, nice and small.

The best bang for your buck for good protein
I really like sardines, and have tasted quite a few different varieties. For me, north Atlantic Sprats are the best and that's what these are. When packed in Olive Oil they are delivered as healthy and flavorful as they come. However you serve them from here, they're healthy and delicious. King Oscar are consistent and even the bones are good for you. These meaty nuggest are literally the healthiest fish you can eat, especially for the low mercury content. My cardiologist agrees, it doesn't get better than this!

K O Sardines in olive oil
The sardines come in olive oil. I only saw one or two small bones but not gross looking. Tasty. Healthy-Great snack and source of protein. No leakage. A bit pricey. I wanted to try something different glad I did. Will buy again going to see if I can find them local.

Tiny King Oscar Sardines, more per tin that stated usually!
My fave tinned sardines! They are tiny - it says over 12 per tin and I normally have between 15 and 20 per can! They are with skin and bones so much high in nutrients than skinless boneless sardines that some silly people insist on. The smaller the fish the less mercury and toxins they have accumulated. No other weird ingredients. And ZERO SEED OILS. that many brands have. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been tested for quality. I have been shocked to try other highly reviewed brands only to find 3 or 4 fish in the tin! Nope - not for me. Be careful to read the label - there are other King Arthur Sardines that have other added ingredients, or fewer fish.
