A Complete Guide for Single Dads: Everything You Need to Know About Raising Healthy, Happy Children On Your Own

This is a good guide if you're still shell-shocked by your divorced or widower status. It's pretty much common-sense, but in times of trouble you sometimes need that. If you're already parenting and have been for longer than a month or two, it's not going to have much new advice or new thoughts for you.

While I am not a single dad, I know many that are and no matter the situation that led to this situation, these fathers have to deal with a lot of issues that many times they are not prepared for. This book is a complete resource for the single father that deals with everything from dealing with a daughter to health issues of a child, to dealing with depression in children (as kids are also dealing with the loss of a two family home as well). One part of the book that I liked was the chapter on cooking as it is full of great ideas and tips on healthy eating for the entire family. Also, whether this situation is divorce or widowhood the first few chapters explore these issues in depth for families to great extent, and any father that is in this situation will find these chapters to be very useful!

Honestly, this book is by far the most useless book I have ever seen. I actually had to skip pages because I find many things are very irrelevant and stupid for lack of better words. Who needs to know that bread is available in whole wheat!! It looks like the author was trying hard to fill the pages ut with crap. Sorry for the bad review but it is really disappointing.
