Brief problem with time of delivery -fed ex tracking. Came a day later 8/9/22. Very happy with product so I was glad when it arrived. Good price, great tasting would highly recommend product & vender.

Thw water is fine but all the tops were smashed in. Can you not put it in a box for shipping instead of wrapping in plastic??

My mom can't seem to find this flavor and brand at the stores around her, so I surprised her with 2 cases for her birthday. She loves them!

The photo shows SPLASH, but when I ordered I got SPLASH BLAST, which is not the same and has an unpleasant, though subtle aftertaste. The good version is "SPLASH" the other one "SPLASH BLAST" sucks.

The first picture is what I ordered according to your items for sale. I drink a six pack a day of this water.The second picture is what I received not once, not twice but 3 times. I have tried this water and they are as different as white and chocolate milk. The send is awful. You substituted without my authorization as I would have cancelled but you still continue to show the first item for sale. It is a completely different product. I’m a pretty good Amazon customer but I don’t expect to receive something I didn’t order. Your customer service as far as I know was good. They promised to credit me for this crap I didn’t order. I wish you would take it down. I would call it faulty advertising to advertise something and then ship something different even if you are a third party your advertising should be accurate. I’m very unhappy that I had to struggle thru this mess. I’m usually happy with Amazon but this was enough grief for the time I’ve been a customer. Please correct your records and check that I get credit for 5 cases of this nasty water. I will purchase elsewhere.Deb Blew
