Great comfortable belt , easy enough for everyday use.
Well made, allows side to side movement , different than other belts, that are thick in width on sides, this one supports the back and is easy on the sides. I wear this one regularly and also wear a different full width sides if I’m exercising off angle and need cheat strength from a full width belt around my liver and stomach, in the sides, if you have any strength already and only need regular everyday comfortable support and know your routines or like to drive a car with a belt then this is surprisingly comfortable.

Wrong address
Product was as expected. Great product. The only complaint I have is that it was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time it has happened, More than twice already. Wish Amazon had more control on how they do their deliveries and take responsibility for their actions.

Nice belt
Bought for my son who is 6'4" and 375lbs. Just fits on last hole but made an immediate difference. No issues.

This is a great belt very durable and long lasting.

The buckle side cut on the belt is too long and it’s impossible to get a proper fit.
The way the belt has lengthened does not provide the support or comfort that you need when lifting weights. Therefore, when you put the belt on to tighten you have to slide the buckle all the way on your hip in order to have the back support in the right place. I have attached two pictures to show how the belt fits. I have it on and the bucket is at my side and the back support is on the side of my hip. I’m not sure how they checked or measured this for a proper fit. This product is not recommended for purchase. Shop elsewhere.

Bonne qualité bon soutien lombaire
Je l'utilise au gym mais aussi lorsque j'ai des travaux à faire qui implique mon dos. Bonne qualité très robuste et large pour un bon soutien lombaire
