I like this Glucosamine, I feel it works well for me. Although its little expensive.

Make sure you take the dosage suggested but do your research and make sure you understand how much you are taking. Interactions can occur. Stop using chondroitin and glucosamine and call your healthcare provider at once if you have irregular heartbeats.DO YOUR RESEARCH / TALK TO A DOCTOR - Be prepared to recognize any issues you may see. With that said, I want to share the POSITIVE IMPACT THIS supplement had on me:So, I was in pain a while. My lower back was killing me. I used ICE and HEAT to go from 10/10 pain to about 5/10 pain. Then, I spoke to a physical therapist and I asked him if I should keep taking Glucosamine...he asked me how much I was taking and how often; I told him that I was taking about half the dosage 'here and there' (every other day or so). He said it seems to help some people; there isn't strong clinical evidence, but if I was going to take it, I should take the recommended dosage and I shouldn't skip days. He said that it needs to be in your bloodstream pretty much all the time. So, I took the recommended 4 pills.2 days later, I'm relatively pain free...I would say I'm at about 1/10. I can't imagine if this actually worked that fast? I dont know for sure but I'll keep testing this. But I wanted to leave this for others who may be taking this without the right dosage. Make sure your doses are correct. Don't just take 1/4 or 1/2 the dosage and expect things to change.Don't take this long term as there are side effect talk to a doctor.

I'm in my 70's and swim regularly at the Y. I fell on some icy steps and badly strained my knee where I couldn't put weight on it. I bought this thinking it might help with recovery. After 2 weeks taking the 4 a day my knee is fully healed and my achy shoulders aren't hurting as before. I'm not vegan and could care less about those reviews, but wanted to share my experience. Will be a regular buyer. Love Naturelo vitamins also.

My whole life I've had issues with my knees, popping, cracking, and hurting, which makes life difficult as a martial artist, those "low horse stances" was killer, and I could never get very low. Finally, I tried this product, as a last resort. My knee pains lessened to the point that I could sleep, and do my martial arts so much better within about two weeks. After a few months, my family had a financial set back due to COVID-19 and I decided to forgo re-ordering to save a few bucks. A few weeks later my joint pains started returning, and I had to scale back my activities again. I have since been able to re-order, and my pain is gone again. I will be taking this for the rest of my life. it is so worth it. I did order some for my daughter who has similar pains, but it didn't seem to help her as much. If you are dealing with joint pains, try a bottle and see if it helps.

You have to take four capsules at a time and that means you only get thirty days at a time. Expensive for what you get. The bottle is about half full and then you get a wad of cotton to make it look fuller.Update: One pro, these pills are a lot easier to swallow than the horse pills I was taking before.
