These patches do not work at all. I read a lot of reviews before I purchase items on Amazon and this product seemed like a good product based on that. Well I found out why it has so many 5 stars. I had a little card with my purchase that stated that I could have a $15 Amazon gift card I’d I would leave a 5 star review for this product. This is so incredibly fraudulent and unethical. I’m so incredibly disappointed and mad.

This is about the fourth brand I’ve tried and definitely my least favorite. They don’t stay on my skin- was not an issue with others I’ve tried.Edit: my review is hidden by a “sensitivity filter”? Wth is that? Also, these great reviews were bought. They’ve sent me numerous emails offering $50 credit to delete my honest review.

I would buy the same type of acne dot thingys from CVS from a brand I cant remember. They came in a pack of 25 and they worked MASTERFULLY. Like one dot over a pretty big red sucker would be good enough to kill it basically overnight. However, they were $5 for that pack. And it was draining my bank account cuz Id buy 4-5 packs at once every couple weeks (I have pretty bad acne....). I needed a cheaper option so I turned to these.Instead of killing it overnight, you may need to do one overnight, leave one on for the whole day, and then another night. Then it would be better. My point is, these do work all the same and you get SO much more for the price. And in terms of quality, if the ones I got from CVS were 10/10, these are about an 8.5. So not bad at all.The worst part about these is the stupid plastic adhesive it comes in. When you take it off, a lot of the time youll pull off multiple dots and they can bend and you can accidentally waste one if its folds over on itself. Annoying when that happens. But as long as youre careful it should be fine.the -1 star is because of that plastic opening part and the slight decrease in comparative quality. Other than that, these are really good and Ive bought like 8 packs already and will continue to do so .Update: gave back the 5th star because Im basically an idiot. Theres an easy way to remove the plastic covering without fussing with accidentally peeled dots. Just turn it over so the hard plastic part is on TOP and you can pull it all off in one go. The 5th star is forgivable. Ive just bought my 9th and 10th pack because they work so well and you get so many for a great price.

These are great! I just put these on after I wash my face and moisturize before bed and the pimple will either be gone or much smaller and and more manageable! These even work for my cystic acne! I used another brand for a while but these are cheaper and work just as well!

I really like these. They work better on newer pimples in my opinion. I even wore them to work on a pimple by my hairline and no one noticed. I definitely see a difference in my adult acne after wearing these. However, I have found a few in my bed that didn’t last on my face all night, so the adhesive could be stronger.

I'll be the first to admit I was a skeptic! I've had cystic acne since I was 13 and btwn derm visits, OTC, and countless other products so I figured, why not give these patches a try,..I've tried almost every product on the market. These came, I washed my face and let it dry and put a patch on. The GREAT thing about these is there are 108 total and come in small & large sizes. Once on, they do stay in place unless your face isn't clean. The next morning when I woke and looked in the mirror, they were white. Do know that they go on clear and can be worn with make up over them as I tried that one time before my son looked at me and asked, "what is that on your face" and once I got home, I took it off.Anyway, once I took the now white patch off, not only did my cyst go down, but the patch collected the pus and oil overnight! I was SHOCKED and repeated the same steps the next two nights and by day 3 my usual cysts that lingered for weeks (while I applied countless OTC creams & washes) was gone! I was IMMEDIATELY sold on these and told my son to give'em a try as he too has the occasional cysts. He too is now a believer!Please try these as you have nothing to lose! Just make sure your face is CLEAN AND DRY before putting a patch on and give these a chance! sometimes the patch would work literally overnight and the bumps/cysts disappeared other times, on my bigger bumps/cysts, the timeframe was 3 or 4 days and they'd be gone!

Okay, let's first start with how I bought this for ME seeing I get one or two nuisance pimples once a month. However, my husband got a pimple before me and I had to whip these little guys out! After a while of persuading him to not pop the pimple and allow me to use these little magical dots on his mug, we washed his face, and "gently" slapped a dot on his pimple and waited. He said it tingled a bit and he knew something was working, but then he forgot it was on. Now, his pimple was in a bad spot... that crease in between your face and nose (man I hate when that happens) and I didn't think it would stick well due to the fold, but IT STUCK, and it stuck well. I was skeptical if this would work well, or better than toothpaste overnight. The next morning (2nd picture) the pimple was gone... along with the box of pimple dots. My husband won't tell me where they are, he says they are now his and to get my own. So now, he has to figure out how to do his laundry :)The product came the very next day, has 3 sealed bags of 36 dots each. I put the package that I broke the seal on in a ziplock bag. Get rid of a pimple for less than 10 cents!
