Cheap price, cheap product. You get what you pay for.

Lots of loose threads, but they made a great prop in photos at a nautical-themed bridal shower.

I am an adult with a head that measures 21 inches and these hats barely fit. Once I had the the brim folded up, I needed to keep it on with bobby pins. Poorly made, a lot of the hats had ripped seams when they arrived but will do the job for a one time use costume.

These were purchased for the smaller children at a family reunion to wear during the Boat Races THEY LOVED THEM and the adults were pleasantly surprised when the extra one fit us as well Cute pictures of us and our rain-gutter boats and sailor hats They came on time and were not over packed GOOD JOB

Purchased for PreK3 Class.A little big, but they just like the idea of dressing up.

These were too small for my 8 year old.
