We had been using the vented dessert supplies but still would have to put saran wrap over the cups to keep the ice cream from getting freezer burn. Now we do not have to worry. These containers freeze well and are easy to unthaw. They stay sturdy so that I can place the container back in the freezer. I also use these to freeze soups, stews and other foods. And an uncommon use, we place old cooking oil in the containers prior to disposing. It is less mess and do not have to worry about it spilling in the trash bag or bin.

The paper freezer cups/lids work great for my bone broth!! I just take one out of these freezer and squeeze it out of the cup into a pot. Also makes it easy to take one with me. Great!!These freezer containers with lids are strong and durable. I have decided to rid my home of plastic food/drink containers. These containers will make it much easier to do this. I love Ice Cream. A few months ago, I was reminiscing with a family member about our childhood. She brought up our childhood staple: Junket. We had a laugh, remembering it, and as a joke I bought a single box of Junket desert mix, sort of a Jell-o-like product, to give to her for old time's sake. When I did, Amazon in its wisdom popped up an ad for Junket ice cream mix. Didn't even know it existed. I ordered a few boxes, made the ice cream in my brand new ice cream machine (see how these things snowball...) and it was really good! So, next step (see how these things snowball...) I needed containers for myself and to give away to others. I bought these containers after noting the various reviews and found them to be excellent. Good quality, good seal, all good, and would buy again! I suppose these containers can also be used for other things beside ice cream; time will tell.

I recently bought an ice cream maker attachment for my kitchenmaid mixer. I have been making a lot of ice cream and did not have anything appropriate to store my ice cream in. I bought these containers and they are wonderful. They are the perfect size and the ice cream stays fresh. The containers are durable and do not collapse when you are scooping out the ice cream. I originally only bought 10 containers because I wanted to try them out first, but I will be buying a lot more today. They came within 2 days and the cute sticker on the box was a nice added touch that made me smile.

I bought a large quantity of these to store several containers of Green Chile and Chile Con Carne for my Mother's 90th Birthday party. The seams on the lids did not hold up well at all. They leaked all over. I managed to solve the problem by placing folded layers of paper toweling on top and then wrapping the entire container with Press and Seal wrap. For the most part the bottoms did not leak. The few that did were minimal.I do still have several left as we did not have time to make homemade ice cream as planned. I will still do that at some point and plan to use these same containers in Hope's of a better turn out using a more solidified substance. Maybe then I can improve my overall score of the product.

These are great for my frozen gelato needs. The containers easily hold all the ice cream or gelato I can make in my ICE-100 ice cream/gelato maker. They seem to be very sturdy and hold up for at least 2 re-uses (so far). The vendor mistakenly shipped vented lids on my first order, but was kind enough to ship the correct lids when the error was brought to their attention.I would certainly buy these again, especially from Frozen Dessert Supplies.

Meant to freeze food however, perfect for all sorts of crafts from covering with paper, cloth or photos to painting - filling as gifts or storing small items - becoming the body of a doll or puppet to holding a seedling that can be planted paper container and all. A versatile container with as many uses as an imagination can conjure.

I originally ordered the 8 oz cups to store homemade frozen yogurt, and while they've worked out really well for that, I ended up using them way more for freezing leftovers. These are a good size for single-serve leftovers. So supper leftovers go in these cups, I write contents/date on the lid, and put them in the freezer. This makes for super quick lunches on busy days. I don't microwave in them because I believe they have some sort of plastic coating so that they don't leak, so when I take one out of the freezer, I run it under some hot water for a few seconds to loosen the contents, drop the frozen lunchsicle into a bowl and pop it in the microwave. Easy peasy! These 8 oz cups are now a staple in my kitchen.
