Not even worth watching on PLUTO or if it's on cable for free
Ok so both leading actors are legends in their own way.Dude from PERFECT STRANGERS And the older dude from NIGHT COURT...Ok, nice corny late 80s early 90s comedyWhewwwwww... From the horrible DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC cover that plays the full done for the whole beginning credits. It's like Ghostbusters, attempting to be smart. What a waste of my freebie $2 credit

This film is garbage
This movie is GARBAGE and I only bought it for How Did This Get Made research. It is inappropriate and not funny but, if you want a snapshot of 80's Boston, it is shot on location and many of the sites in the film don't exist anymore. However, the South Street Diner near South Station is still there.

Paranormal Slapstick
This is like the third time I've watched it, it's still funny. A psychic detective agency with Wills (John Larroduette) in charge, Bobby (Bronson Pinchot) as the powerful psychic and Preston Pickett Ph.D (Stuart Pankin) as the 'handler' if that's what you call it. My favorite phrase from the movie? "It's not harmful, but it's very rare"

A Fantastic Comedy
A genuine comedy with a funny crowd. This is a comedic spin on the Private I (Eye). Even better is the way that the movie weaves this run-of-the-mill plot with a modern and silly Psychic-Medium towards solving crimes; a crime. Worth the time and money to watch it if you like a movie that is considered "old-school." Not like the present day mulit-million dollar budget ones on the fringe of art using the formula of sex, violence and sensational action stunts. This is not that kind. It's rather a real comedic version of private investigation. It is done with style. At a time when ART is sacrificed using bucks to draw in sensational-seeking audiences that drone through the pantheon of less-artistic (present-day) movies often centering on violence. Haven't we gone too far in that direction - well this movie takes one back to a happier period in our history. Artfully done. Touchee.

Guilty Pleasure
This comedy isn't the best... but for some reason I still love it.I can quite place my finger on it. Bronson Pinchot is a big part of it (in a character reminiscent of his role as Balki Bartokomous on "Perfect Strangers"), but there is more to it than that.It really is a pleasant film, but it is also really silly.I think I would have given it 4 stars if it was more kid friendly. The humor lines up well for a family comedy, but there are too many sexual innuendos to really be comfortable watching it with small kids (it's kind of like Ghost Busters in that respect. You remember it as something you want to watch with your kids, but then it turns out it's got too many older themes to be a good kid movie).

I liked this movie.
I liked this movie. I wasn't sure at first about getting this one but I decided to get it with my demon lover. I'm glad I thought it was funny as well as the actors. I liked seeing john larroquette before he was on the librarians it was worth it.

Another psychic movie
Much like Vibes with Cyndi Lauper and Jeff Goldblum but funnier. With John Larroquette (Night Court), Bess Armstrong (High Road To China), Stuart Pankin (Not Necessarily The News), Bronson Pinchot (Perfect Strangers, Beverly Hills Cop 1 & 3) This movie also has police action in it and kidnapping. A kidnapping occurs and the Second Sight detective agency is hired to handle it. They bring in a man and his psychic partner Bobby to handle the case. What's funny about this is the part where they're in Larroquette's office, and Armstrong who plays a nun in this notices Bobby dancing rather strangely like he has to go to the bathroom. And she says, "Bobby you have to go to the bathroom?" He says, "No." Larroquette says, "Then why are you doing the pee-pee dance?" I just about died laughing when I saw this part. The low budget CGI effects in this movie are cool even when Bobby stops a bullet from hitting Larroquette's character in the face. I wish that Warner Bros. would put this movie out as a RErelease on DVD cause it is very funny and deserves to be brought back from the 80's archieves.

Not bad.
Not a bad movie. I have seen better, but I have also seen much worse. It did have its funny moments and I thought John Laroquette and Bronson Pinchot played well off each other. Pretty good delivery time.
