RockTapeKinesiology Tape- Pink

Used to cover not pain relief. Sticks well, lasts all day and sometimes longer. Can cut to any size to suit (within reason). Exactly what I wanted and needed. May have to purchase another roll soon.

This is the same as the tape I have had applied by physio's - it is perfect for stabilising minor injuries and providing support during exercise in the gym.

Using tape helps to support my legs from any niggles. I use it during races and find I can run longer without my legs getting tired.

Great tape does the job!

After An ACL repair and New tendon graft this is the only tape I will use to support my Knee when I’m loading or doing anything strenuous or high impact. You must watch the online videos of how and where to put it correctly and it works a dream. I play a lot of golf and have to tape it up before every round or practice Session due to the twisting and turning required. But I know with Rocktape I can play a full 18 holes and walk the course without a buggy and the tape is up to the task of supporting my knee and reducing any pain whilst I’m out on the course for the full round of 4/6 hours!! 👍👍
