No fruit flies.
Finally found a compost container, that doesn't have holes and is light and easy to carry and clean. Just got it, so Don't know how it will hold up. So far, it has been just what I wanted.Wanted to update this review. Haven't gotten any fruit fly yet. If you empty it regularly it only smells, when you take the lid off. Make more in colors!

Works great, but much smaller than expected
This bin looks great and does the job, but is significantly smaller than I realized. It does a great job of making an airtight seal of the compost bags so that the smell doesn't get out!

Leave on the counter top
Nice enough to leave on kitchen countertop. No smell leakage. Not easiest to clean. And a bit small. Fits with tight lid.

Not sure it works in general but great for my needs!
Not sure how you can avtually compost anything if significance but i use it as a well sealed (not stinky) holding tank in my kitchen before i enpty its contents into the latger composter outback every few days.

Perfect size
Looks nice and fits nicely on the counter. Easy to use and clean. Keeps odors to a minimum. I bought one for my daughter, too. Perfect size for me, a family of one.

Very Convenient for composting from the kitchen
We love the size of the container. It's important to note that inner portion has a strainer. When you lift the inner liner out, any juices will stay in the container. This product is super!

Nice Design, but the Lid lip Broke
Nice design; compact size. However, the inside lip of lid broke off when we washed it. I'm not sure if it is poor materials, faulty manufacturing, or if it was damaged in shipping. It still functions, but not at 100%.

It's nice looking. Good quality plastic and it works and looks just like it should.
