If you have a Pompadour, you need 50-50 Small Batch.
If you need your pompadour done right, trust it to Murray's! This is much easier to use and apply than regular Murray's Pomade. No heating necessary. Get yourself a nice palm full of goo, lather into your hair, and comb that pompadour out. Good hold, nice shine. Can't ask for anything better. I like to top my Murray's off with two squirts of Suavicito Brillante cream and it seems to soften up the pomade a little bit more so it is even easier to work with.

pretty much exactly what I want in a pomade
this might be my new go-to pomade. Its been yrs since i've used murrays regular, and never tried exelento, but by far its a much easier to deal with and better shine than that hard gluey/waxy stuff. you won't get the easy wash out and really attractive scents of some of the expensive pomades (american crew and uppercut are my favirote scents) but my problem with some of those, is they border on being the same as using a hair gel. crunchy hard hair effect. They are quality products for sure but its what turns me off to layrite and uppercut. This is definitely giving you that "greaser shine" effect and stays in for easy running a comb through when needed. Which, to me, isn't that why you are using a pomade rather than a gel, mousse, etc. in the first place? the actual scent is almost nothing, slightly pleasant maybe. but I hate the idea of using a topper, royal crown is almost only useful for that and lacks any hold, this is fine all on its own. The more expensive pomades are often completely without or underwhelming in the "greaser shine" effect.

Perfect for what I bought it for
I bought it for my stylist to use to use on my hair for parting for box braids. Crazy right? But the consistency is thick enough to help with parting but not too thick to where it’s leaving a white cast and leaving build up like the regular Murray’s. Ladies this in my opinion is the better alternative than the braiding gel that eventually builds up at the root of our braids. Y’all know what I’m talking about. Them hard lint knots we be getting when we take down our braids… so yeah I had to purchase as many as I could. Sorry.

Nice medium
Nice medium pomade. Reminds me of the old Sweet Georgia Brown.

Great pomade!
Plus, the label is super cool. Seriously, I’d wear a t shirt with that logo on it.

Yeah use this stuff.
Murray's original pomade mixed with Murray's Excelento which is what this is. It's better when you thought it couldn't get better it is. By the way guys it's ranked one of the top pomades in the world and the hidden secret to the Hollywood stars. George Clooney Leonardo DiCaprio all of them. I can see why.

It ain't nothing like the OG
For those that actually use Murray's pomade, can should last you almost your whole lifetime hahaha 🤣 I'm just playing Murphy's is super thick and this stuff is paper thin. Before I rag up my 360's, I top off with the OG Murray's pomade and not this inferior stuff. I don't mean to disrespect anybody, this 50/50 stuff just did not do the trick for me 🤷🏾♀️ SMH

Best I've found so far
I've bought plenty of different brands of pomade (viking revolution, beard struggle, etc) I always thought the hold was way to stiff. I couldn't even run a brush through my beard after it dried. This Murray's 50-50 is perfect. Holds strong but you can still run a brush or comb through it.
