I have sub-clinical hypothyroidism. I took this supplement for well over a year and wasn't sure if it was doing anything, so I stopped taking it. Within 2 months, it was VERY obvoius that it was helping - my energy and interest in life absolutely tanked. So I've begun taking it again, and within the first week I can definitely tell the difference.

I have used this product for many years and my Naturpathic MD recommended this product to me after testing for it.

There are no side effects listed on this product, but beware. My wife suffered a severe reaction to this product that swelled up her face and eyes. Before we could figure out what was causing the swelling her eyes had swollen into two slits and we had to go to the emergency room. They gave us prendisone and told us to stop taking these pills. The doctor also said that these pills would not doing anything for thyroid either. So if you want to take these, just use caution. I would not recommend it.
