Purpose Dual Treatment Moisture Lotion, Facial Moisturizer With SPF

This moisturizer is great for winter as it’s a little heavier and helps with dryness. I have been using this for over 20 years. It’s not greasy and never clogs my pores.

I love this face moisturizer. I have been using it for at least 10 years and it is light and I don’t break out.

I have used Purpose for at least 38 years. It began when I was 40 and went to a Dermatologist because I was still getting blemish's on my face. She put me on Retina-A and told me to use a sunscreen daily. At the time there were no sun screens for the face and everything I found was very oily. When I found Purpose I found a first ever moisturizer for oily skin. I have used it ever since. Originally it was an SP 15 product and I could always find it in Walgreens. When I moved to Arizona, 2013, my local Walgreens ordered it for me. Since then have only been able to order it online. Last time I could only purchase 2 bottles for about $16. Sunscreens should have a good for date so I just gave the second bottle away. I really wonder what happened to Johnson and Johnson producing this product?

This is the best moisturizer on the market in my opinion. So glad I found it on Amazon because most stores don’t sell it anymore.

I was looking for a bland, fragrance free, simple moisturizer for after some laser skin treatments I had done on my face. A few were suggested to me and this one had the best reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. This is working very well, the consistency I really like because it’s not too heavy or greasy and absorbs into the skin nicely without leaving any white trace. I also have a tendency to break out with anything and this has not broken me out at all. I’m in my 50s and I will continue to use this even after my skin has healed because it’s working so nicely. Very impressed. Price point is fantastic.

I decided to try this brand’s moisturizer since I’ve been using their face soap for years and have always been happy with it. So, I was excited to learn that they also offered a moisturizer. Since it has SPF 10 sunscreen, I figured it wouldn’t feel too greasy. After using it, I did find it to be a little oily after applying it to my face. However, the texture feels really nice, and compared to other moisturizers I’ve tried, it still feels better overall. I’m happy with the moisturizer and would continue using it.

I had been using Bare Minerals moisturizer for the past 8 years, but they changed their formula and I started having skin issues. I'm in my 50's and have been told by estheticians that my skin is that of a 30 year-old. My skin is neither dry nor oily, but if I use the wrong moisturizer, my skins DOES get oily and starts breaking out immediately. So, I began the long and disappointing search of finding a new moisturizer. I tried everything from expensive to inexpensive with no luck. One day, I stumbled upon two (2) different articles on the internet recommending Purpose Dual Treatment. It was so inexpensive I couldn't believe it would work. But, it was so inexpensive I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This is a luxuriously thick lotion and little is needed. It also contains a small SPF of 10. I've been using it for about 3 months and am happy to report it works. It keeps my face soft, but not greasy or oily. I've had no breakouts. My make-up goes on smoothly and actually stays on longer than before. I raved about it so much, my 24 year-old daughter tried it and switched over. And my skin is looking great!

I have rosacea, and you can’t use a lotion that has oil in it. This moisture lotion is very mild, and does not have oil. It doesn’t cause breakouts or cause the redness that is characteristic with rosacea. My skin feels truly moisturized when I use it, in my skin looks so much better. It also has some SPF which my skin appreciates.
