We loved this chair and left it on the beach with our beach setup and someone stole it!

Nice sturdy chair.

I really liked everything about this chair, however, the back of the chair only came up to the top of my neck, I am 5'8" tall, and was disappointed that my head did not come below the bar. Other than that, the chair was really nice!!!!

We are retirees who were tired of trying to gracefully get up out of our sand chairs!PROS: So these chairs do fit the bill. They are a standard beach chair height, and yet not so big that you feel you are taking up valuable beach real estate. They are pretty easy to open and close. The cup and phone holders are handy.CONS: The shoulder strap is not very comfortable. We are used to the chairs you can easily carry like a backpack, so this was definitely a negative. And if you are short like me (5'1"), you will feel like it's almost hitting the ground when you walk with it on your shoulder. They did not hang on our beach buggy the way the smaller chairs do. . Also, because they are larger, they are of course, heavier than the standard sand chair. For the price, I would likely look for another style next time.

I love this chair. We went on vacation to Panama City Beach & went to Walmart & bought & good looking chair that didn't sit low to the ground, problem was it was not comfortable & my butt didn't fit in the seat area good. Went to a shop down the strip & found this chair & I loved it, sat in it & was going to buy it but it was $139 & I knew I could find it cheaper so I sat in the uncomfortable we bought at walmart for the whole week as soon as we got home I look the chair up on multiple website & Amazon had the best price of all. So I ordered it & I have used it several times at my house to lay out in the sun & it is the best chair I have ever owned. Comfortable, good height, not low to the ground, has cell phone holder, cup holder & a little bag to put whatever in & has a strap for easy carrying. I am so glad I found this chair for a decent price. LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

This chair is a piece of crap. I just bought it and took it to the beach this week and on the first day of use, it completely bent and fell apart. The metal is cheap and bends very easily. I would have been better off with a cheap chair from Walmart.

Very nice quality at a decent price. Love that they have nice arms, a cup holder and the reclining feature. I had ordered 2 last year since we could not find any locally except for the beach chairs that are low to the ground. We already have those and they are difficult to get out of as we get older. We needed a regular height chair. Since these have worked out nicely, I ordered 2 more this year before we had guests arrive. I highly recommend these chairs.

Chair opens up when you carry. First time this summer at the beach! Very disappointed, it was not cheap. Sure I could tie it up, new chair whether you use shoulder strap or not it opens. I am 72 and need a high chair and one that works. Should not have to tie it!

I like this fine, but my husband pointed out that the legs don't have anything to keep them closed, like other chairs whose legs kind of snap into the other part of the frame to keep it from opening while carrying it. Haven't actually gone to the beach since I received it!

These chairs are light enough and very sturdy. The problem I have with them (I bought 2) is we will have to carry them to the beach. When you close the chairs to the closed position, they will flop back open. They do have a shoulder strap, thank goodness, but handling them, moving them around is just difficult. They need to stay closed when folded up, but they will not. If you fold it closed, then pick it up to move it, it will immediately flop back open. I will have to come up with some way to tie them closed. The cup holder is too shallow for a water bottle. Other wise the chairs are comfortable.

We have other products by RIO and they hold up well! We live on Maui so we take the chairs to the beach often! The only weak part is the strap. We wish it was sturdier and the placement was better.

Nice sized beach chair, 17" from ground makes it easy to sit & stand. Beautiful color, and easy to carry! Has a nice cup holder, place for your phone, little storage area for a snack or a book, and even a bottle opener!! Yes I said it: BOTTLE OPENER! This is a great chair!!
