I usually go to Home Goods for my dog waste bags because they have fun finds for affordable prices. However, I found this product and ordered it as you get 300ct for $10 which is a great deal in my area. So far it hasn't ripped, the scent is pleasant and not overwhelming, no leaks, and is a standard size that works for my dog. I will continue to re-buy as it's a good deal that is accessible for me. I will still continue to hunt for fun waste bags at Home Goods but sometimes I just don't have the time or energy, so this is a great product to continue to reorder as needed. Lastly, I've used waste bags that occasionally rip on the seams and become useless, or tore a small hole at bottom of the bag without me noticing, or rips upon me flipping the baggy inside out. The bags I received have, so far, not had any holes, tears, or otherwise compromised bags in the batch. They're unscented, but I don't really care, since when I take my dog for a walk, I usually toss them in the trash bin at the park immediately, so scented bags aren't a necessity. For those who use their own rubbish bins to put the poop packs in, I would probably put the filled bags inside a larger plastic bag, as I don't think these are thick enough to contain the smell. As for the bag dispenser, I initially liked it because it kept the bags conveniently in one place, but I later found that the pill-shaped holder doesn't stay closed effectively - i.e., I lost the bottom half while taking my dog out for a walk one day because it got unscrewed. This was frustrating because I not only lost the holder, but also one roll of bags. It's not a deal-breaker for me, since I used to just tie a few bags to the leash and went back to my old habit, but it would've been nice to have a functioning poop bag holder. For those who care about these bags being environmentally friendly, they are not unfortunately. Purchased as a trial because it was on sale. I usually use the regular black unscented Amazon Basics and wanted to know if the scent would help or not. Initially, I thought the scent was weird. Happy to report I now like it! Thick and durable enough as the older bags. Gives just enough scent to distract you from the nasty business without perfuming it into something horrible. I now actually prefer It to the regular unscented black bags. I also appreciate the conspicuous purple color. It often seems to me, I'm the only one carrying bags around to pick up my dog's waste. Recommend.
