Bumping to 5 stars. It does climb the walls. And it does get stuck on my steps occasionally but that would happen with any vacuum. I have a 24 ' round above ground pool and this cleans it better than i can manually. I noticed the to round screw in plugs that you remove to clean debris from the unit were a bit tough to loosen. So i put some Hayward Lube on them, work fine now.Starting with 4 stars and will update after using for a while. I thought it was a piece of crap at first. I plugged it into the vacuum as instructed and nothing, It sat there fat dumb and happy. I turned the pump of and on and it kicked in. Others complain it is loud, i didn't think so. It does make noise, but nothing crazy. Overall I am satisfied with price and function for now.Pros:1: pretty easy to setup and take apart.2: It actually does a great job vacuuming, also my liner is NOT perfectly smooth on the bottom of the pool.3: It moves pretty quickly across the floor of the pool.Cons:1: I have a 24' above ground pool. This comes with just enough hose to make it across the pool. For me not really a con, but for others with a larger pool it will be.2: Even though I have an above ground it has steps to get in and out. This does get stuck when it gets there. Not a deal breaker and i expect that.3: pattern is obviously random. I ran it for a while and it still had spots it missed. Not many but some.4: It says it does walls as well. I didn't see that happening but will have to give more info when i use it more.

Difficulties w the 1st product, replacement working much better
My product worked ok for a month but also kept flipping over. I've had continual issues with it not picking up dirt/ cleaning the pool. I tried to contact the seller since im6in my warranty period, there's no customer service phone number on the box, the email comes back undeliverable, and the address looks phony. I'm very disappointed. It's completely broken and I can't contact anyone for a replacement or refund.** Update. The company reached out to me after I asked Amazon to help me get in contact with Tekvilla, the seller of this product. They did send me a complete replacement Intey. This one works so much better than the 1st one, no issues so far. Tekvilla has reached out a few times to ensure everything is fine. There still isn't direct customer service contact information on the box or instructions that come with the product - hopefully they can fix that for future customers. I'm going to amend my previous rating of a 1 to a 4.

STAY AWAY!
Absolutely horrible cleaner. Every single time I put it to work it works great for a few minutes up until it reaches the wall, then without fail it falls off and flips over like a turtle on it's back. It's incredibly annoying to leave thinking your pool will be clean and to come out and see it flipped over with just a few random streaks on the part it did get. Save your money and stay away from this

Great priced sweeper
This is a great priced sweeper and equal to other more expensive models similar to this. My only complaint is that it always gets caught and stops sweeping at my stairs. It's frustrating as the plastic piece attached to the sweeper is suppose to push sweeper away from stairs so won't be an issue. I'm not returning it as it really does do an excellent job sweeping. I just need to babysit it when working so it continues when it hits my steps. I would recommend this sweeper but just know you may have this issue.

Still Waiting!
I bought this item within one month, it wasn't working correctly. It would get stuck on the side of my inground pool. I purchased the insurance coverage, called them and they told me it was under warranty with the manufacturer. Called them was told to send them a video. I sent the video and I am still waiting. Have attempted to email. No response.

Works awesome
Seems difficult to put together. It's not. And in four hours of sitting back watching this thing my pool looks like the day it did when we set it up. This thing works amazing. Will be buying another just in case this one ever breaks.

Love this vacuum
This thing is great. It was somewhat easy to set up despite the few steps given in the 1 page instructions. At first I was skeptical but after watching it working I realized how great It is. Picks up very small pieces. It filled half of my skimmer in less than 1 hour even after we vacuumed the pool multiple times. And for the price... amazing

Does Not Clean Pool.
This product gets stuck every 10 minutes and has not proved to pick up debris the way it should. Very disappointed in this cleaner. Has not worked properly since day one. Will be returning it.
