Thick enough to be supportive & comfortable .
There are some cheaper mats on Amazon. However , this mat is thicker, denser and so very comfortable. It feels supportive . It lies completely flat when rolled out - no rolling up at the edges. It comes with a little belt to secure it when you roll it up and store . There is also a little bag if you are taking it to a class . I would recommend this mat if you are looking for something to cushion and support your joints while exercising. The quality is good .

Lovely thick mat though not the colour I wanted
It’s a nice thick mat and the ridged surface is good to stop you slipping. There’s a carry strap and also a nice bag to put it into as well. It’s very soft to lay on and is a really nice mat. I’ve taken one star off because I ordered purple and it is not the vibrant colour I expected. But I needed it so will use it anyway.

A bit stretchy and slips on the floor
I have to admit it's a lovely comfy mat but when it comes to movement, it's very stretchy, downward dog becomes a downward slump.... Anything where I'm doing mountain climbers, it stretches to the point it's impossible to be safe... Gently exercising yes, anything more it's not the best, that added to the fact it slides on hard floors!

Buscaba una esterilla algo "gordita" para poder hacer yoga sobre todo en las posturas en las que apoyas las rodillas, o de lado para ejercicios de fitness, y muy bien! es muy cómoda y cumple su función. Muy recomendable. Además el hecho de ser de material eco-friendly me convenció para pedirla.
