Blue & lovely
The balloons were a very good quality. The colors are vibrant. Each shade of blue had a pearl iridescence to it that really added to my project. There were none found with holes or tears and I was able to use every single one for my balloon garland. Period

Not really polka dotted balloons
So the confetti in the balloon just sits at the bottom unless you spray water into the balloon before blowing them up. Not a lot of water just a couple drops. Does not hold air for an extended time. And omg if you accidentally pop one it's a confetti party lol. All and all its was just okay.
