THIS IS A JOKE
REALLY! THIS BOOK IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND NO REAL PASTA RECIPES - THE PICTURE ON THE FRONT IS "very" MIS-LEADING. OTHER THAN ONE - ALL DONE BY HAND AND THEN SLICED - VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I HAD HIGH HOPES

Not all keto
A little bait and switch going on. It starts out ok, but the noodles become higher and higher in carbs.

Probably good recipes, but with bad information
The recipes may be excellent--I haven't tried any yet. But I do have some concerns, especially about the opening section, where the author describes the basics of the ketogenic diet.1) She starts by saying it takes 3 days to eliminate glycogen from the body and switch over to relying on ketones. This actually varies, but 3 days is a good average. She then says that if you "fall off the wagon" it will again take you 3 days to get back into ketosis. Well, that all depends on how long you are off the wagon, and what you eat while you are off the wagon. It might be better to say "it can take you up to 3 days to get back into ketosis."2) She lists alcohol as something incompatible with a ketogenic diets. This is nonsense. Alcohol per se has no carbs or sugars. In fact, alcohol often deepens ketosis.Beer and most cocktails have a lot of carbs. But most pure spirits, like whiskey, gin, or vodka, have no carbs. Neither do some cocktails, notably the Martini. (Indeed, back in the 60s there was a fad called The Drinking Man's Diet--mostly steak, salad, and Martinis. Very low-carb.) So the author is just plain wrong about this.3) One thing I would note: Some (not all) of these recipes appear to have a pretty high carb load. It's a bit hard to be certain, since the author only lists "Carbohydrates" but doesn't specify if these are total carbs, net carbs, or what.

Not all recipes are Keto
Some of the recipes have 40-30 carbs per serving. This doesn't fit into a Keto diet. Pricey book for regualr recipes.

Great guidebook
Excellent alternative noodles and pasta! Best I’ve tried. I mostly make stir fry, spag bol and Man n cheese - these hold up perfectly!

Don't waste your money or time
This book didn't use a pasta cutter or even have any original or decent pasta recipes. Roll out almond flour dough and cut it with a pizza cutter--what a disappointment
