UPDATE — long-term use: I eventually stopped using these for makeup and repurposed them as brushes for acrylic painting on canvas — and honestly, they were great for that. I especially ended up getting use out of that ridiculous giant fan brush I mentioned in my original review. 😂 I used the set for painting for about two years before finally retiring them. So despite my original concern that the lightweight handles might not hold up, they actually lasted quite well. They weren’t ultimately my favorite makeup brushes, but I absolutely got my money’s worth out of them.*** I am newish again to the world of makeup brushes- the last set I used was the bare minerals branded ones..like...15 yrs ago and a lot has changed! But for what it’s worth: These brushes on impact are very light weight and do come off as slightly cheap until you look closer at them. The handles are actually very pretty and easy to hold because of the texture. I feel like if I drop the smaller ones the handles may break on the tile they’re delicate feeling. The silver part at the top is scuffed on every brush from manufacturing and one of my brushes is marked up pretty bad...not a big deal imho. The bristles are dreamy soft and seem like a good dense quality, but they are not detailed and there are a lot of long/folded/bent bristles I will have to touch up with shears. There isn’t a ton of distinction in the cuts between the larger powder/foundation brushes. The effort is there but I’m having trouble telling them apart. The fan brush is odd- it’s huge. I’m not complaining, but it’s not one I’ll end up using for makeup (I paint and this is an awesome forest brush!!!!). All in all I’d give this set to a little girl pretending or a teenager learning to do her makeup- I’d use it personally for myself short term or for fun. They’re very worth the money asked and this company has done a good job on them truly. :)

I originally wanted the clear crystal handled brush set, but it was sold out, so I settled for the aquamarine colored handled set. I can honestly say I am so glad I got these and not the clear colored ones because these bad boys turned out to be way prettier than I expected. Pictures do them no justice, they are way prettier in person. The brush bristles are full, soft, and fluffy. They perform like Morphe brushes, but the large fan brush in this set outperforms the Morphe version hands down. So much so that I have relegated my Morphe large fan brush to a dusting brush for the perfume bottles on my vanity. I do wish the length of the handles on these brushes were just a little bit longer, but considering the price point, it is something I am willing to overlook especially since it does not impact functionality in any way. They look great and perform great.

I was looking to replace some very old tried and true brushes, but didn't want to spend a ton. I also wanted them to be pretty if possible. I've been using these for a few days now and I am in love with them. They are so soft and I haven't had any bristles fall out. I also think the variety that comes in this pack is perfect. I have other brushes I'm dedicated to for certain things (my Sonia Kashuk blush brush for example), but these provide stiff competition. The brushes look exactly as pictured and feel sturdy. If I start to have problems with them I will update the review, but so far so good!

Super nice brushes, pretty consistent bristles, no shedding and SUPER cute. Bought both this one and the matching set for eyes, and I'm very, VERY happy with these brushes. Not sure how long they'll last, but I'm pretty confident they'll last long enough to what I paid for.

I'm in love with this Makeup Brush Set! The brushes are soft, well-made, and pick up and distribute product perfectly. The set is also an amazing value for the quality and quantity of brushes included. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable set of makeup brushes.
