Unless you use a lot, forget it; too costly
Works great; however, too costly; found a one-year subscription for less cost

Will not download and install
I should have looked at the reviews before buying. This 12 month subscription would not install on my Microsoft laptop. Apparently others have experienced the same problem.

Not user friendly
We were never able to get this loaded to our computer. A total waste of $25. We tried several times to download this program and were never able to do so.
