Damaged when received. Leaves were brown.

I ordered a Christmas cactus but my paper says Christmas-thanksgiving cactus which I didn’’t want thanksgiving! I have those and there is a difference ! When mine arrived it was broken and not in good shape but I planted it but for what I paid for that little broke flower it better be a Christmas one! The stem or leaves has sharp points like my Thanksgiving one! Christmas is really smooth! We will see ! I can’t recommend this company!

I believe I was deceived in the Ad as it showed a lovely blooming Christmas Cactus in a small wite Vasefor $33.95I sent it to a friend who saw mine when visiting and loved it.When she didn't acknowledge receipt, after a week or two I called her and she said:"Oh you sent it. I said Yes. Easn't there a note included. She said the only thing that camewas a lovely thank you note for purchasing it from someplace in the State of Maryland. She didn'tknow the who these people were. Thought her niece sent it.It was a cutting with a root. She did plant it. Has hardly grown.I had a not that was to be included, but not sent. And, for $33.95 thought it would be a small plantin a vase/pot. Not a couple of little cuttings and soil.CANNOT BELIEVE I WAS RIPPED OFF AND EMBARRASSED.

"product was not as expected. Photos were misleading and should be actual photos of the product. I am very disappointed with this product and would like to be issued a refund. If this could not be done, I'll have to send Amazon an inquiry about the listing and have them deal with this."

I thought I was getting a small plant. I read the reviews and thought it would be a small plant. Nope. For $33 you get to little tiny snips of the plant. Not worth the money. Extremely disappointed. I could have spent an extra $20 and delivered myself a nice plant from proflowers.

I was so disappointed. I paid $33.00 for 4 stems wrapped in paper towel and put in a sandwich bag! Why would you show a beautiful plant and send that? Would like a refund because as hard as I tried, I couldn’t keep it alive.

i’m very disappointed for the cost and the pic shows a plant, yet what’s delivered is a piece w wet paper towel around it in a sandwich baggy
